new Z sticker few quid u just rub the pain of the back EL panel inc inverter £10 then all u need to do is Make the hole in your nose panel ... mount the Z on front stick your EL panel behind and then glue/stick/wire up to switch .. Done

yep that's what i did and i think all most every one that does auto to manual conversion .. the manual ECU has the same timing adjustment with the neutral switch

think its 15* @ idle and then once in drive/gear its 25* or if the neutral switch as been by passed 25* i may be getting it the wrong way round ...

some one has done some sort of water bypass inc the turbo/s ... as return pipe isnt connected as well ... u need to have a look if the other side is like it

you need the water feed on the tubs ... but have u been loosing water at all ?

would say they are warped or not been skimmed true make sure the facia of the hub and rear of the disc is clean as for the grooves direction its dosnt matter just will make a little more sound when hard braking

have you bypassed the boost protect solenoids or are they still connected ... if they are unplug them and give it a try

so what happens if you turn your boost down a little does the honking go and respond ok ?

+1 yes best thing u can do ..

you have the controller set to internal wast gate not external right ? boost spike is where the boost go's up very fast and it will over shoot the set psi for 1/2sec and will drop down all so your Boost limiter will kick it and open up the wast gate to drop boost this will feel like a surging affect

Kinda but u can check oil pressure up to turbo ... But that's about it ...

There isn't a pressured oil return on tubs its an oil drain that runs back in to the sump directly ...

It was the only day I had ... But glad its running ... For how long who knows .. its a zed after all

yeah it was all fresh oil,filters before tubs was fitted ... now on the other hand ... the garage that repaired it some time in its life when it had new tub fitted used silicone this was used on the oil fittings around the engine i did clean it all off ... well i thought i did but guess not :( Well anyways its back on the rd as from today dont think i did bad i started at 10:30 and finished around 6 ... thats getting all tubs back on engine/gearbox and all u know that goes putting it back well happy now lets hope this is the last of it ..... :)
