thats something i have thought about .. and will be speaking to a local engine tech place just around the corner from my shop ... when u say polishing u talking about the crack ... if so all ready thought of that

it will be next week .... still need to rip the engine out ... so if u need something at the same time i need to know plus £££ needs to be sorted i'm speaking to ConceptZ tomorrow see what discount i can get and Postal charge i dont want it sent by ups as it allways ends up getting duty ...

the speakers facing the boot lid will be hidden all most by the boot lid surround ... but should be ok due to angling them you will have some Projected in to the cab the other 2 u will not hear nothing from them inside but will sound good with boot lid open oh and bring the Amp board forward by 4" about level with the spare wheel and then u can pop the amp behind it and have hole/perspex to show it

if you want sound from the back try not to face any vocal speakers towards the rear window use one pair of decent 6x9's and have them angled to the cab ... if its for show ... then by all means get a smaller set of speakers beside the amp .. but make sure your 5ch amp if your using that ... that it goes down to 2ohms on Main speakers plus Sub

try and use the bigg'st size sub u can fit .. to looks of the pic 10" should do u will need to make a box size of 1sq ft in volume Min to give you the best sound from 10"

no labour charge as i can rebuild my self ... just depends on what bore damage but thats costed all ready would say 2k+ depending on the parts used

its full metal type ... where as normal head gaskets have metal rings but the rest is made from some sort of softer stuff ...
