if the item was sold as u say then its the account name/bank registered holder that is ... however if you have opened a case on the terms of damaged it will need to go bk and Ebay should sort u the refund after 15>30days if he doesnt play ball and it will come bk out of his account .... Ebay then chase him for payment sometimes on high value items Ebay have a Temp hold over his cash untill he receives positive feedback

Well i got to the pod but not all well ... had an erratic idle ... Found a vac line off ... :) but all so had a Heat problem Temp kept on up and down like an air block ... and on the way home is got worse and temp went just above 100c ...Way to hot well anyways just take thermostat out ... with boiling water it was only opening around 2>3mm not allowing the water to flow .. Stuck another one in and all is well new one opens 12>14mm ish all working fine now

have you taken out or disconnected the OEM circulating valves ?
