  1. ECU electric timing is set to 15* by strobe light and in consult
  2. ok disconected my o2 sensors and redid my base idle and still all the same going to check my timing belt timing would find it hard to get it wrong as it was all aligning up with the markers on belt and with markings on the engine its self
  3. there will be a fuel reg ... fuel filter outlet gets T to two pipes each one goes to each rail at front or back ... then 2 pipes on the out of the rail going to the main fuel return T in to one then Pressure reg
  4. good idea.. one problem how you going to get to the T at the front with all the throttle linkage in the way .. bearly room for just the joining pipe there

  6. nope .. as my software is limited ... disconected plug set idle to around 800rpm then pluged it back in

  8. yeah i get what u mean ... will take a look at a few things later taking it to Jeff on wednesday to put it on consult check it over with timing & electric timing the turbos was on the car before engine went pop but didnt have idle problem but like u say Diffrent engine injectors MAP
  9. its done 350 miles all ready the ECU only takes about 50odd miles to do its relearning its quite confuzing as i have checked everything and swopped a few things over to test i have another ECU chip and going to try unplugging O'2 sensors
  10. yes ... 6's and 7's ... and some Normal NGK all the same

  16. stock flywheel ? prob best to have the face skimmed if its looks abit worn other wise wouldn't bother ..
  17. the one i have is Draper about the same quality what clutch u fitting ?
  18. lol i picked one up for £25 and its got both lb-ft/NM on it .. what brand is it ?
  19. Flywheel torque: 61-69 ft-lb Pressure plate torque: 25-33 ft-lb sorry couldnt find it in NM or KG

  21. yeah as tickets/track time needs to be paid for up front ... so the sooner we have a Payment link for users to pay the better the turn out will be for the stand/show
  22. TPS is 0.44 Done Base Idle Compete EGR Delete the only thing i haven't tried is O2 sensors its possible for one to of packed up seems that the old engine dumped 3>4lt oil though the exhaust/intake system
