  4. not that hard .. just planning and time design & Plan Make Main box/frame Test fit and align up First Layer of Cloth to make Front shape Resin ... Be quick or it will set fast ( dont mix a lot in one go ) about 500mm wait 3>12hrs to set Test fit again make sure nothing moved Start with the fiber glass 3>4layers on the out side and 1>2 on the inside depending on the size of the area your spanning Make sure there is no flex in it ones its dry each layer of fiber glass needs to have around 3>12hrs of drying time depending on the mix/brand of stuff once you have done all this u can rub down so its all most smooth and cover with carpet or body filler the hole lot and rub and smooth and paint box that size should take u about week
  5. i know that garage ... i had my Mondeo tdci dyno'd there after i'd installed my water/meth kit ... nice bloke & garage
  6. to looks of it no its all open on the sides but remember u have the ABS unit on one side so this takes up quite a bit of room ... suppose there's room for tools if the person happen to brake down bit of a faff getting to them

  9. the big debate again
  10. nissan build the auto to be close as poss to the manual in spec .. 0>60 and top speed under the right the conditions the auto can be just at fast if not a little better in striate line only but this is all down to how the car is and driver ... would say most of the time manual would be the better car ... think about it Race cars are not Full autos but Manual and there must be a reason for it :)
