shud of said bovs are on hardpipes

not trying to bring up the familiar argument of if bovs are any good or not , I just like them so bought some hks ones ! any I have a few questions , when I remove the recircs do I just block off any pipe work it leaves open ? will I be able to get at the recircs through the centre panel ? do the recircs sell if on good nik ? or just give away lol and finaly what vac pipe do I need to T each bov into ?

how much realisicaly can be raised frim breaking a z if the engine and box is good ?

problem is zeds are going for buttons right now so there not really worth fixing sometimes , obviously some of the purists would say fix her up , but its your fianacial situation that it effects either way !! you probably already know in your heart what your going to do . go with it !!

so are u saying its the spring on yours or the damper part ? and sure it effects how much power u put down , I have to let off when it happens as its quite scary ! small update on mine is that I jacked it up and checked for play , only thing I noticed that very slightly on the drivers side the wheel has a very slight bit of play in the way that the rear steering wud move ! solid on other side and no movement any other way 7

they havnt got alot of life left in them, although still legal ! ttead is even alround aswell ! cud this make the car jump like a bunny rabbit though ?? its over pot holes it happens mainly should I add !!

my zed hops at the rear during heavy acceleration , its actualy quite scary as it feels like the rear wheels have left the ground or are skimming the surface , now I have dun a search on this and it seems to point towards the rear shocks ? is there anything else it cud be ? also my car is uk spec, do I simply need to put the handbrake up a click , iv only just read about the adjustable suspension tonight ! if the shocks do need replacing , wer is the cheapest place to get them and can I I just fit jap ones and do away with the uk ones ? I also have plans of fitting lowering springs , might aswell get them on when shocks are off , wer is the cheapest place for those and how much can I drop the car ? before anyone says fit coilovers I havnt got a spare 600 rips at the moment :)

what the gun reg says when you compress the trigger is what preasure your laying the paint on with ! didnt understand tbe question at first ! to set my presure I press the trigger an adjust the gun reg gauge !

what gun you got ? u can by an adgustable preasure reg that goes on ya gun then the hose goes on it , really you shud have one anyway ! I always spray on 2bar !

so at 3am in the morning i decided to stick my rear lights in the oven in an attempt to do the clear light converstion :) the hardest part tbh was loooking around for a peice of florecent light defuser , now there not perfect but am quite happy with it . and saved myself a good few quid :) BEFORE AFTER

coolq , go buy a civic then !! whats the point coming on a z forum and slating the car that the forum is intended for with silly remarks and claims that quite frankly are a load of bull . the question was . standard vs standard and the answer is clear cut , the zed would kick that shopping trolleys arse !! even a lightly modded typr R would be beating , there just a revy boy racer car , the zed is a torque monster !! love that white car mate , but am not a fan of the filler cap , I think thats the thing with carbon though its quite easy to find yaself wrapping loads of bits up as I have had loads of ideas , I just dnt want overkill

so who's got carbon fibre bits on there car ? post pics please ! my car is going to be bright white and was thinking of doing a few bits and bobs init , includimg my rear lights and rear panel , one part of me says its tacky . but I do like it on the right car and when done right ! ive also got the option of my custom exhaust am having fitted having carbon fibre back boxrs ! please discuss and post pics
