Thought u guys might be intersted in this ... This was my winter project 2011 :) my bro in law bought it as a donor car for his and i bought the remains of him .. I thought i would get away with it being a cheap build , un be known to me the cost of parts for these bloody things it ended up owing me a fortune so had to let it go 90% finished :( lovely car though :) hope you guys like it .. Got a feeling the guy who bought it will take it to the nxt level :)

No probs pal , i only use 2k (2pak) paints this was clear over basecoat . and i would normally use an oven for a big job ! however if you know what your doing u can get away with spraying outside it will.just require more flatting and buffing ! my compressor is 2.5hp and eases jobs like this and with experiance u learn wer to let the comppressor run out of puff and let it build up air and have a dry patch (polishable later)!! for example ... my comp wud not have coped well if i was going to paint the door and wing together as you cant really stop half way through a panel !! my gun id devillbiss gti pro ! so sorry its difficult to explain this painting lark lol theres more to it than people wud think and all painters have there own ways and ideas i suppose !

Mate u can safely polish away ! cars are buffed an hour after coming out the paint oven !!

The reason for the lookout is that i cant get at the top hicas pipe (bust) without taking all sorts of stuff of so i shall leave it all there but obviously it wont be doing anything !! is that ok to do this ?? Ow yeah just looked back mate :) im interested in the pump if i win this bar but i think i will find a non chrome resi lol.

Hey guys i want to do the simplest quickest way of locking out the hicas ! im going to bid on.a race tec lock out bar , it does say it comes with arms but is there anything else i will need ? i know ill need the na pas and resi but is there any other hidden costs ?

needs a hicas pipe or lock out kit , a downpipe and joints need sorting on rear boxes ! and a weld to the front florpan wer it meets the cill !!
