11. nothing to do with the shop guys this is for me if works well you never know but i think it could be time this year to make a new design of inlet manifold despite the stock one being very good :)
12. you can always make improvments on vents etc but on the basis of it just sitting there unvented then pretty much yes that particular statistic came from foreman for the tte group a celica rally team as hes an old friend and back in the day when hacking bumpers out to get more on show he asked me why i was doing it when only quote 33% ish needed the airflow and i was wasting my time venting though is a different element ad does make improvments
13. you only need approx 33% of the intercooler to be opento the elements for it to be fully efficient ;)
14. Silverline, doesn't your own car make 420bhp on stock 370cc injectors? no bud got 680cc top feeds in mine :)
15. inlets great but not the intercooler pipes the less non solid hose they have the better theres a reason nisdan used steel solid pipes where poss and its right. because of the squish effect on off boost toyota cocked mk3 supra up with that one. long un solid runs isnt good connecting pipes is all good but they need the metal ones for stability of pressure with out going into 20000 word essay :-)
16. ant are you on about doing the inlet pipes or the intercooler pipes
17. pleasure was all mine till i post them of to there new owner ;-)
18. i have a plan for them over next couple of months with idea of being able to use 3 or 4 inch inlets on the bigger turbos and eliminate the two bolt stuff. :-) - - - Updated - - - ooo u like ;-)
19. no like anything get the hang of not having to :) and some de buring
20. here ya go done from a smaller pipe to a bigger size replica there are some real odd angles and twists you cant see a bit of a swine to do and i havent cleaned them yet by the way ;)
21. roller bender to do the sizes i do is £18000 so i do all mine in lobster back works just as well :)
22. you are spot on there i take a lot of pride in the setups i do here and a full pipe set for a tt would take about 2 days in fabrication for a perfect fit beauty of good alloy is you dont get any mild steel rusty contamination going through your tubs or engine :)
23. ive just made 2 intercooler pipes for someone complicated took 4 hours but i fabricate all mine as one offs no pipe benders here :)
