RIP Jimmy. I like you can only just remember the programme Gary, and the theme tune is actually called Johnny Todd. Of course "New Town" or "Newtown" can't quite remember which way it was spelled, but it was actually filmed in Liverpool, in the town of Kirkby. Or kiiiiiiirby if your a Scouser.....lol. The theme tune is played at Everton's home matches, and was adopted as their theme tune just as "You'll Never Walk Alone" was adopted by Liverpool as their theme tune. Black and white TV and 3 channels is right, the kids these days don't know they're born. My two will not watch anything in black and white, they consider it to be boring....lol.
