That would be up to the seller and his conscience really. I know I couldn't do that to anybody, tell them they can have it at one price then change minds about it.

Yeah he is a member on here buddy, he has a for sale thread for it, and he couldn't have that if he were only registered. I don't think there will be a problem, especially as Lee has spent money for travel and to actually collect the car.

That would be my worry too, however I don't think this would happen as it is a member on here. Although I am not saying that it couldn't happen, but if someone has struck a deal and gets the buyer to make travel plans and hire a truck to go and collect the car, it would be a horrible and nasty thing to do, hence me saying I doubt very much it will happen in this instance.

I would hope that now the deal is done he would keep to his word, and I have no reason to doubt that he will to be honest. Not too sure if there has been a deposit paid or not.

And that's what we were trying to do buddy, give you an answer as to why we think it may still be for sale on eBay, but you seem to be getting more and more wound up at the fact that it hasn't been taken off the auction, but we honestly don't know why he hasn't removed it off eBay, and may be best to ask the seller directly if you want to find out why he chose to go down the route he is presently going down.

I agree with you buddy, but it's out of our hands, it's not us that are selling the car, I am just putting forward suggestions that may answer your question as to why it is still on sale on eBay, the real answer to any of us is we don't know as we are not inside the head of the person/s selling the car.

Well you could take into account KJZ32's last dealings selling a Zed. Keith had it advertised on eBay, when he received a phone call from a member on here. To cut a long story short a deal was struck between Keith and the other member, which part of was that Keith deliver it. Keith asked me to go with him and take him home after dropping the Zed off, and also removed the Zed from eBay right away. We arrived at the delivery address only for the member to say he didn't want it!!! The Zed was as described, and was £1,700, the bloke that had agreed to purchase it wanted a show car for this sort of price, which of course is never going to happen, and he said he would have to spend a bit more. So sometimes removing them from eBay right away can leave you with nothing.

Well yes you are right, and I hate it when that happens too, but maybe he thinks that if Lee doesn't arrive then he is no worse off as the auction will then take over again. I don't know, I may be way off the mark, but I know Lee will definitely be collecting it, as I am going with him and have just hired a truck for us to collect it on.

It is indeed sold to Lee, probably left the auction running just in case Lee doesn't turn up to collect it, but I know he will because I am going with him.....lol
