Yes Uk rear lights wouls fit a JDM, straight swap over. Exhaust would depend on weather the UK car was a twin turbo model as a TT exhaust would not fit a JDM NA. Think that's right, but someone will confirm this I'm sure.

Although we are mostly a Z32 forum a few of the members do have Z31's, so I am sure someone with a Z31 will introduce themselves soon. I am one of the wheelchair users talked about mate, and I got my Zed 12 months ago. If you have any questions don't be afraid to ask.
