i can solder the tag no prob just need to get a soldering iron and for the triac what is its purpose? once the tag is in place will it fix both the 19mph at idel and the 30mph extra reading? thanks groover

yesterday i put it on, seeing it in actual place makes it look alot better and even considering keeping the wood trim :D the gear shifter i had ordered from the states. doesn't fit with properly with or with out the rubber neck. so it just temporarily wedged on for show only until i figure out a permanent fix. i have to say the steering wheel feels miles better then what i had on before, even though its a nice piece what it used to look like

there used to be a screw there in the 10k hole i can see the markings but there is nothing there for the screw to latch on internally. also looks like something was taken out from the TR2 rectangle. if i remove the screw tag from the jdm clock and place it on the uk speedo it should work right, assuming that is the only thing wrong with it,,,,

no i see the 100k and 10k markings. ill let the pictures do the talking.. JDM UK

ok so i took the screw out of the jdm however it will not tighten in the uk clock. the screw goes in but wont catch.... now what... got excited that would fix the problem lol but :l

will that correct the speed reading and at idle it showing 19 mph? i took the buld out and wiped around the connectors, but didnt work. ill loosen and tighten the 3 screws. worse case scenario start swapping bits over to eliminate the issue but i have plans for the jdm speedo so dont want to start taking bits to make what shoulve been working work thanks fells :thumbup1:

checked on ebay and all i found was the connector and cable, is there a part number for the conzult?

When i was looking for a unit for mine i was after a double din but because i didnt find any worth the tripple figures i settled with a flip screen with front and back camera dvd/cd player, radio, iphone/ipod connection and aux. im no fan of the iphone but when it comes to connecting a device they are all for apple products!!!! And i have an 16gb iphone 4s connected with all my music and videos on it which stays in the car and better sound quality then the aux all controlled from the unit.

they should show a false reading? i dont understand. if i put a screw in will it show the correct reading? for the last few days the uk clock was in but right now they are both sat on my table. im not happy with how this turned out. the jdm worked perfect and im going to be adding it back. any ideas about the flickering light? if its something i can fix ill give it a shot but if its gonna be a long thing then idk :l gonna have a play with it and see what happens. anyone willing to help with this that is local to manchester?

okie dokie ive pulled it out in no time... and based on the side by side comparison they are identical apart from the number stamps. i cant tell the difference between the uk spec speedo vs a jdm speedo. ill post the pics up and you guys can tell me which is which :D till now since ive swapped the speedo ive been having the following issues 1, on idle speed shows 19mph 2. while driving its 30mph more then the actual speed 3, low level fuel indicator is constantly on, day and night 4 the back light for the fuel has started to flicker and continues to flicker i was wondering if this could be a jdm speedo with the dials replaced with uk ones. have a video of the flickering light but dunno how to upload the video on this post...

right click My Computer, select Manage, once its opens(it take a while depending on machine) select storage and then select disk management, it will show what hdd you have connect internally or externally. if theres an issue it will show or say un allocated or have a black bar cant remember but have a check, if not try updating the port its connected to if that doesnt try new cables docking station are bit a an ache bt if u cant get another hdd housing give it a shot. if all else fails google for some data recovery software. download utorrent, go to torrentz.eu, search and download the software. needs to be a torrent file. ;) hope its helps, and u get ur data back

ok so H3 and H3c are two different types and they both fit right. and what i have is the h3c i take it?

i was once told that it would be really bumpy with race suspension, dont know since never had an upgraded suspension on any of my zeds. just dont want to get the r's and not be happy... lol but im inclined towards the r however. i want a bit more power from the z nothing fancy nancy. - - - Updated - - - that was also a plus for me lol
