  11. def heat it up doing my rear bumper at present and it's a right bitch as there are 3 layers of tape on mine

  16. i removed the tweed on mine bit of a pain but it leaves you a nice smooth surface to work with much better than trying to put it over the top the tip is let the door card heat up before you remove the tweed
  17. my car was prt done in one of those kits when i bought it i tackled the rest of the car myself and i must say the vinyl is crap hardly any give in it to stretch it round the bendy bits and when you heat it to stretch it ,it goes smooth and looses it texture then looks crap compared to rest of the panel. your much better off going to your local fabric shop and buying upholstery vinyl re did mine in that and it great loads of stretch amd you dont need to heat it either

    thats a nice na red slick top with go faster silver mirrors although i have heard he needs all the help he can get to go faster at his age :x: :tongue:
  23. electrical uuse senders you have to mount on the engine and you run cables to the gauges with mechanical you have fixed capillary's on the rear of the gauges that you need to run which you cant cut or extend
  24. it's easy as compared to uk spec jap does not have dim dip relay the power cable in feeds both dim and high beam bulbs on either side and the negative side is switched through the relays for dim/high operation
