  1. Will do mate thanks. If its bigh youre thinking of they're the wrong size sadly. Steve - I wish danny was still around, one of the best traders weve had in my opinion
  2. Hence I said ID not heard of him doing it!
  3. Theyre the autorestro ones. I have certainly not heard of him ripping anyone off though. He did stop making them a while back, I have some new ones waiting for me to fit
  4. Any one know the best place to buy them? I have 88mm pistons and the heads have had around 12-14 thousandths taken off. So I guess I need .060 (15 thousandths) thickness. And help is always appreciated
  5. I guess what I mean is that the car reg will reflect an N/A and so will the chassis number. Night also make it harder to sell. And you'd have to explain to your insurer every year that its modified.
  6. I'd say do it with a tt shell as the insurance side will mean more explaining
  7. I can't as I now have a game
  8. That's upto you lol. I like my clutch tho
  9. I don't know. Mine feels very stock. In fact it's spot on for me. So was the RPS one. You'll never get a completely stock one to hold te power you're wanting but to be honest I really like mine.
  10. I got it from conceptZ. Mine is stage 4 with 600 TQ
  11. It's a southbend 300ZX DXD Clutch - OFE Stage 4 SS Twin Turbo
  12. I don't even know. Let me check
  13. So ill give a less technical opinion. I had an rps street max and killed it. But I believe that was due to my rps segmented flywheel - one of the segments had a tiny lip on it, I'm guessing someone dropped it at some point even though I bought them new. I currently have a southbend clutch and have had no problems so far (the segments were replaced as well mind). I think for the feel side of things, they were both nice and could be used comfortably. I also hate the on/off type clutches, the ones you need to avoid in my opinion are the panel type clutches - for example 4, 5, or 6 puck clutches. I've had a couple and hated them, offer got judder too. So I would say either of the clutches your looking at would be good. I would suggest checking with the seller as to what power they claim to handle as that way there may be warrant to complain if they don't. I believe southbend do a few different clutches though
  14. Patent pending on an idea you saw on the web? Pmsl. Daz, really good job that mate. I can't wait to see it in the flesh
  15. I've bought one at the new more reasonable price

  18. Have ya'll seen the Toyota FT-1? Now that looks nice
  19. I dunno why people bother doing stuff if they aren't gonna do it right
  20. I hate the wiring in my car. I wouldn't know where to start with it though but I'd love someone to sort it out. My old car was great... http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?165171-Who-the-Fook-wired-my-car&p=1682981&viewfull=1#post1682981
