  1. Very true mate. I know you hate wide arch kits too though lol
  2. It really does only just fit. I always wanted to go wide arch since day one of owning a zed. 10-11 years later and I still haven't taken the plunge. I keep looking at some other cars and how good they look and I think, I'll just stay normal. Depending on the overall costs involved, now might be a good time to take the dive though, thing is, I don't want to get it down and it be all rippley like some I've seen etc.
  3. Yeah, not is next month I think. I'm just worried about the emissions as I keep getting black exhausts so think it's overfuelling too much
  4. Well I don't know how on earth I missed that great thread you posted up there Gary. I don't think that's the car he's referrring to though. I'm going to guess at jay's old car. If that's right, the owner sadly passed away. The other alternative could be Zelda maybe?
  5. It should be there. Been doing loads of the small stuff I can do myself lately... Like the stuff ya want to do but can never be bothered
  6. Yeah hopefully I'll not have any problems with it between now and then. But really need to sort the arches one way or another
  7. The wiper arms aren't too bad mate. Done them with splatidip about 3 years ago. Could probably redo them
  8. What do you mean jimmer? You haven't given me a quote for doing this?
  9. I was talking to him a couple of months ago
  10. Fitted them today, so, final photos... Final finish Before After
  11. Was thinking, should I have a go myself lol
  12. Have a good one mate
  13. Yes, I know funkysi loves these kind of love handles lol
  14. Same as Steve, I saw this guys name posted all over facebook for apparently not sending out parts.
  15. Are there any subtle wide arch kits out there?
  16. Thanks Craig, painted them today after spending hours sanding. What do you all think?..
  17. Who's had new rear arches due to rust? If you don't mind, how much did it cost etc? I'm just at a cross roads or whether its worth sorting the arch (only the drivers side) or maybe going wide arch instead
  18. Its the 6-8mm internal diameter silicone tubing. I'm replacing them all with blue ones and thinking, ID rather them all tight if possible
  19. I might ask on Facebook if anyone just wants it
  20. Anyone know anywhere that I can buy the small spring clip clamps from locally rather than eBay?
  21. We had it as decking but it was done so poor, I pulled it all up last year
  22. I've got loads of decking in the garden. I can't decide what to do with it, like try and make something (tables/chairs) for in the garden. Make some car ramps but not too sure if decking is great for this kind of thing. Or just chuck it all out.
  23. Thanks mate. I was hoping to do the rest of the sending today but I've cracked my neck and cant move my head much... Will get back to it asap.
