  1. I'm not sure on the offsets, please tell me if there's a way to check. The backs and 10 inch and the fronts are apparently only 8 inch. Would need to measure it but that's what the thread said
  2. I think i'd have to go for fluffy dice to match 'the look'.
  3. Now there's an idea!!! I'll have a look at how the spacers make the wheels sit. Might try and do it over the weekend if I get the time. JoelyP - I'll have to check on the offsets. I'll try and find the for sale thread maybe
  4. Pmsl. Funkysi suggested a satin black or black chrome which I like the idea of

  6. After talking to Mondo yesterday, we were discussing the 'aged' looking calipers (GTR R33 brembos). Anyway, I wondered what colours people think would look good. Kind of think black might be a bit boring even though it's a black car. Let me know what ya's think
  7. I think this was on here the other week and most of the add was a load of crap
  8. I think I have some 20mm hub centric spears in the shed which I'd bought for the front and just never got around to fitting. I'm not convinced I need any on the back though, I think that since I got the MeisterR coilovers, the wheels sit slightly further in at the top to the bottom. But I'm not sure they're that far out anyway, see here and let me know what you think mate...
  9. Yeah, it's much better looking then the owner :tongue_smilie: Does look really smart mate
  10. ANOTHER UPDATE: Took the day off work to sort out the moustache. Do you all think it's looking better?
  11. Art213 - you just glue them in. Really easy job to do.
  12. I fitted the new number plate. Pictures here http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?181262-Make-my-zed-look-better&p=1872032&viewfull=1#post1872032
  13. Worth a thought. Thinking the satin might look nice, and I already have some which I used for the scuttle panels a couple of weeks back. I can't decide whether ID want to clear coat or not. I'm sure the likes of FunkySi will give his opinions at some point... Although he talks a load of crap, I do think he's got a good eye for what'll suit the cars. There was also some other great suggestions so hopefully a few will revisit the thread
  14. Thanks mate. I think I'll paint the tash next. Considering satin black
  15. Thanks Richie, I stuck with the standard size to save any issues as my MOT is due in a couple of weeks. I doubt I'll have an issue, but if I do, it's a 30 second job to change
  16. UPDATE: What do you all think? Before: After: Close up of the plate - cos its awesome
  17. I think it's more than likely a boost/vac leak (air escaping). I had the same problem where the car was stalling after boost, generally ok on normal driving. The revs would only be up and down, just after (especially if Id managed to stop it from stalling, a bit like the car was gasping for air. So I'd start there personally. Might turned out to be a split pipe coming from one of the turbos so I oak ages to find

  23. New number plate has arrived. So, the question is, what is the best looking position on the 89 spec bumper? I can't decide. Some people seem to have it over the tash/mouth, others in the middle of the bar underneath it and some from that bar down.
  24. Yup, not exactly lucky... At least they'll be buyer protection though.
