  1. Loving this. Well done that man. It's a billion times better ❤?
  2. I might give it some thought if I come to change my clutch. Feels like a great idea. I'm thinking, it could be good but then I do like driving it as a manual. I was debating a new flywheel though
  3. But what do you think of a new modern day box in our cars?
  4. Pretty interesting that. Would live them to do a Z and see the difference. I'm wondering how much faster itd be
  5. Let's have the link. I dont really prefer autos. But I get cars for work and currently have an auto with the tap option of controlling manually and though, I bet something like this in our cars would be class
  6. Sounds interesting. Wonder how much and if it'd be worth it
  7. Most of that will be fairly straight forward. I've steered clear of the timing belt myself though. I think me and lexx are going to have a go though. The rocker covers will just be time but if you're deleting some stuff on the way it makes the plenum pull easier in future. The pump isn't too hard. Theres basically a bolt (14 I think( That holds it in the bracket. You might need new crush washers though for when you remove the lines off it
  8. Even they say double check the gap.
  9. I would have thought the mapped would set them. .035" is the stock one. I can probably check what mine where set at during mapping if it helps?
  10. I was just wondering the other day, would it be possibly to get a new style autobox retrofitted to a Z? They are so good these days
  11. Thanks for coming back with the update and outcome. It's sometimes where we fail for people who might look in the future. Well done mate
  12. I have a real of kunifer pipe I used, but slightly harder to bend
  13. Tbh, even if you were running big power, normal jubilee clamps would be fine.
  14. I think rimsincernated did some didnt they?
  15. Nice one. Well done
  16. Is the car still available? The link says it's removed
  17. You had to start somewhere ?
  18. Hi all, So for like ever now, Redline MT90 (75W90) seems to have been the oil of choice. But I'm thinking, technology moves on and what not. I did the oil not long baxk but then changed the propshaft so lost some and I'm going to put new in, just because. So, I'm wondering what every one was. I recently moved over to Miller's nanodrive for the engine oil and I'm thinking of trying it for the gearbox. The spec confirms it meets GL4. Also meets GL5 so seems it could be used in the diff as well. Just wondering if there's any thoughts on this.
  19. Z-spec one was spot in imo. I put a write up on Facebook if you have it?
  20. What about the propshaft centre bearing?
