Silly question i know, but will this fit my 1990 twin turbo with hicas? Zcentre dont have the boss i want (with the cruise control buttons) in stock, so trying to find a cheap one to fill the 3 month waiting time. Ive heard that i need a special boss for the hicas system?:confused1: cheap ebay wheel boss

oh yeah, just noticed the pasenger side vent on the dash, not on the door...:oops: still, it is a remarkably similar dash! and why would you fit an 300zx steering wheel to a 200sx, and not some drifty suede item??? and actually, if id have listened to it with sound, its blatantly a inline 4, not a v6 :oops: again

Driftworks site today has a link to this - in car footage of some touge drifting in a (slicktop?) Zed! particularaly liked the single lane stuff from 1:40, the mashusive slide at 4:00, and nearly loosing it at 5:25...

Well, ive just failed my MOT... nothing bad really, just need to do some welding on the quarterpanels and sills and stuff, standard affair really... However, since this will push the total bill since i got the car to around £5000 (£3k car, then £400 tyres, £600 clutch, £300 misc bits and bobs, then £700 welding repair) im feeling a little skint and sorry for myself. So... as a bit of a group sympathy session, does anyone have any horror stories about sizeable chunks of wonga consumed by your zeds? Anyone spent a whole lot more than me and still going strong? but then again... if you had 4 grand... which would you buy? This... :no: or this: :cool3:

cool any more for any more? The more we have the cheaper it is, i think 10 gets us down to £35 each or so.

Can someone please organise a shoot like this with a Zed? and if you could fly Gisele Bundchen over as well, that would be lovely :)

with 18s im running 36psi front and 33 psi rear... found 36 in the rears was too much, the back was a little looser than id have liked. However, getting a touch of understeer now, so might drop the fronts down to 34psi

absolutely! next midlands meet i'm going to try and do some filming on my gfs camera, and keep meaning to make a driving video over the moors where she lives in S.Wales. Thats gonna be my mission this year - to make a decent UK zed video

Just watched this on youtube, i quite liked it! Some very nice zeds (including a lovely red 'vert), and a fair bit of driving, plus i even liked the music (which is trance - you have been warned) if you're having doubts about a zed not being for you, this'll change your mind! I'm pretty sure im going to drive my zed every day when its lighter for longer and a touch warmer - ive already started taking the long way round just for the hell of it :D

Just a gauging interest thread really... was speaking to Rob and a few others at the zedworld bash, and we thought about trying to get a midlands meet going. So, I'm proposing a club dyno day at Revit Road and Race on either the 5th or 12th of March - would anyone be interested in coming down? Revit Road and Race The day would be three dyno runs each plus advice from the owners on engine wellbeing and fuelling... come see how many horses your zed is packing! The dyno is in Solihull, not far from jct 4 of the M42. Hopefully if we get enough numbers, we should be able to get it down to about £35 each - whos interested? Add names to the below list! 1. Heres a suggestion.... Could we all meet up in the Showcase car park HERE at 9ish, and then convoy over to the bash at about quarter to 10? I can meet up with everyone at showcase at 9:15. Rob - fancy meeting us over there and then we can have a convoy of at least 4 along the M6 to the bash? Ive got Robs number - do you less cheap members with your 'subscriptions' wanna PM around mobile numbers so we can all meet up ok?
