  1. CHEERZ Dave.... Youve been great help on the phone tonight.... Is the Slave cylinder the one on the G/box or on the bulk head?...The metal one?....or the big black round thingy...lol...Air servo i think? I am FIck
  2. http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=51215 As above bud...It was Ya5een.... I think chris is sending a new one to him... Maybe its the same problem... Im sure he'll replace it for you ;)
  3. I think someone else on here had that problem... I will do a search and post the thread bud ;)
  4. Well.... My problem is this... The last couple of months ive noticed that when the car got stuck in traffic or it got rather hot then I was unable to engage first gear or reverse...all the others worked fine. I can dis-engage without a problem and once out of first gear its fine goin into and out of the others...no nasty noises or anything. Well today it got worse to the point where my Zed is now stuck on the drive :headvswal cant select 1st or Reverse...and secound is now becoming tricky. I can change gears easily if engine is not running. The clutch is NOT slipping..I have tried beleive me :hyper: When or if i eventually am able to select a gear I have found the biting point to be about 10mm off of full compression(foot to floor) And have about 2-3" of fairly soft compression at the top. I have bled the system at the two points so I have brand new Dot4 in there and its made no difference. I am NOT loosing fluid. I have tried depressing the pedal slowly and its no better. I have tried pumping it first and its no better. Most likely first :- 1)Its been suggested that it could be the master cylinder just leaking within itself thus explaing the loss in pedal pressure and no leaks....Could this be it? 2)There was talk about a lever point bending in the gbox/mcylinder...Could this be it? 3)Pedal adjustment nut...Could it be this?...(how does it work?) 4)Gearbox oil...It does need a change...Surely oil would NOTaffect it this much? 5)The clutch is fooked...Surely NOT the clutch,It doesnt slip :nono: 6)Syncro mesh....Surely NOT as i can select other gears and have never crunched 1st or reverse As many ideas as possible please as my next step would be to get a master cylinder~(the one on the g/box) Thanks

  6. Hi.... I have a similer problem.... Did u find out whats wrong with it please?
  7. It would be good if it was ok as thats what ive got.... but in andys post #11 it says this :- Are stick-on number plates legal? No, number plates must meet the British Standard requirements and we are not aware of any self-adhesive number plates that are able to meet these requirements. Unless they have now approved a certain sticky number plate? Anyone?
  8. I think you have to be a member/subscribe to show an avatar ;)
  9. You mean one of these :nana2:  :nana2:
  10. unfortunately i have my belts on the doors
  11. Just my littlin in the car seat...Shes got a mini kids bucket seat...lol I think it would be a bit too close for comfort and should anything happen I wouldnt like to think what it would do. I think i'll have to stick to the idea of a 6point harness and bucket on my side and fit a moving seat with the standard seatbelt on the passenger side.
  12. Will it not be in front of the passnegers face...The belt i mean if you share the mounting point and will the mounting point take the support for two people on it? awwwww.....Good on ya dude :hyper:
  13. Looks good there... Shame I have a 2+2 coz it means i cant mount my brackets like you have  lol @ the dog in the picture...Koolio Dogeo
  14. Well.......I like it...So there  ...lol PK1....I like it mate..... Infact...I like it so much if yours goes well you might wanna do another? ;) ....thats if you dont mind me copying :D As Legrath says though..would probably be better if you adapted the Zcentre tailgate as it should be easier to work with....And alot lighter :nana2: :hyper: PSP Request.... :hyper: Can anyone PSP that rear boot of PK1's onto mine for me please....leave my spoilers on..just psp around it....and in black obviously... I think it will look less obtrusive in black and will lend itself to the viper wings. I know its a shat dark picture but thats all i got at the mo:-
  15. Its all in this thread ;) :- Clicky Apparently a sticky plate is a nono... and... You can have motorbike size plates/lettering if its pre 97 and an import where the vehicle's construction/design cannot accomodate standard size number plates. And apparently its less of an offence/penalty to have no number plate than it is to have an illegal one...Go Figure  DVLA website about Number Plates
  16. Krsmayo fitted mine for me yesterday........ Will post up some footage soon... Shall we just say... "Chicken Royale" ;)
