I think it was a combination of poor fluid in the system/fading slave cylinder but most of all I think it was the adjustment on the pedal that gave me most results. I gave it about 2 turns and is now completly disengaging but still not slipping :dance: Cant wait to fit my braided hose for an even firmer consistant feel to it :nana2:

yup.... mine was just loose when i took my bumper off.....Just fixed it elsewhere out of the air stream to get a constant reading :smash:

Its probably a leak on one of the manifolds... I have a badly sealed manifold on the drivers side and can hear this whistle when its cold....once its warmed up it goes as obviously it all expands with heat and seals any leaks....

lol...mine fell of a few weeks ago and i used some cable ties for now... I think at very high speeds it probably aids the turbulence factor to some degree as alot of money is spent these days (not on zx though) on undertrays and also diffusers at the rear but its not essential.

as above... I had a STILLEN kit and the loop adaptor didnt fit my mounted unit where the pipes come off so it was just looped back on itself from the rear rack/hicas unit. Do a search... I think i posted some piccys somewhere...
