regularly monthly meet
Yeah agreed, I was a nice change to actually have a drive, most of the meets we've had have been pretty local to me. But i'm sure we could find somewhere nice inbetween. As an idea there's a pizza shop in Sunderland that does a 32" pizza, It's right near the stadium of light, we could meet in the huge empty car park (perfect for some lined up photo's) and try and smash in one of these pizzas.

Scarborough meet, few pics
Still more... And I'm spent :xxx: Seriously though guys, thanks for a nice day out, was nice meeting people and seeing some familiar faces. We should get a better one before the summer's done. When taking a these photo's I did think a couple of them would be putting funkysi's probation to the test, but i'm guessing he's not biting :clown: I think there maybe some video's from the drive back, hopefully a nice one down Sutton bank, they may end up on here they may not, finger's crossed.

Scarborough Meet Aug 25th
No way, thought it was all sorted, what's the problem? Lexx, 300zcar and myself are meeting at subway in Guisborogh, Google maps is been a bit shit, but if you search 'The Triangle, Guisborough' in Google maps that should get you there, where as the actual postcode TS14 6RX takes you into a field a little further down. Think it's something to do with it not been built yet when the birdseye view picture was taken, but it's there if you go on streetview.

Yeah, I'm sure you'll manage Lee, are you going to meet us in Guisborough too? I've put some fuel in tonight all ready for the morning. It does look like it's guna be a good turn out, would be nice if there were more 300's than 350's Weather is supposed to pick up tomorrow, so fingers crossed the BBC's right

that's the one, and 10:00 sounds great. Mondo could meet us there too if he's still coming.

Scarborough Meet Aug 25th
I'd probably do Whitby road as dkboro121 said. So as a suggestion we could meet at Guisborough Subway TS14 6RX. shouldn't take people to much out there way if 300zcar and dkboro121 meet us there too.

excellent cheers lexx, do you fancy a convoy?

Scarborough Meet Aug 25th
Is there a post code for this place, just so I know where i'm going? when I put in Shell station malton road, it comes up with a place near the 'spring willow caravan park' but if I then say 'get directions', and then put in from my address it changes the destination to somewhere in malton itself. So chances are i'd end up at the wrong place, hence all the talk of moor roads...

Ok bud cool. hope all goes well.

Scarborough Meet Aug 25th
Whitby road would be out our way, judging by Tony's directions and google maps it'll be a Moore road job, should be a nice drive though. I know of Tom at FRD a couple of my mates have had stuff done there, thought he was mainly a Honda guy like. The coilovers are a piece of piss to fit, but it's just trial and error setting them up. Wouldn't know about camber arms though.

Scarborough Meet Aug 25th
definitely, I had GAZ coilovers on before, and the difference is phenomenal, they are so much more comfy, and when they're stiffened up they are just as good as the GAZ's, (although I didn't play with the settings much because you had to jack it up) the only thing I don't like is that it's a bit of a pain to change the rears due to the top of the shock been hidden by the trim. but I've got a rear strut brace fitted so there's some holes I can fit my finger in. I wasn't quite sure how to set them up, you can adjust the length of the shock as well as the spring (and obviously the stiffness) took me a couple of goes to get it right, I still want to go lower at the front but my bumpers taken way to many whacks. Where are you getting them fitted? are you getting them laser aligned or whatever?

Scarborough Meet Aug 25th
11:00 is early, but I should be game. anyone fancy a convoy? I think Nigel 300zcar may be out to play too. I was expecting scarbrough sea front or there abouts, wasn't expecting a nice moor road trip, not sure I dare stiffen my suspension.

Anyone running a reverse camera on their Z?
Ah I see, looks nice, but i'd still prefer that one off hard top model that was doing the rounds a few years ago...
-
Anyone running a reverse camera on their Z?
That's cool Si, I thought all verts were NA's? the only thing holding me back is that it'll look ugly on the front if it's a big camera, but it would have to be low enough to be able to see the bottom of the bumper, otherwise it would defy the point. But if it can be moved then that would be cool. It'd give me the confidence to drop the front another 10mm anyway.

I've been debating this but for the front, I was thinking somewhere at the bottom of my number plate. just so I know when a speed bump is gunna rip the bottom off.
