i found that the spade, that was burnt or had more carbon on it was the positive one, but i took a guess and guessed right, the assumed negative spades were very clean compared to the positive ones.

the kit and ballast litterally just extend the connection from the original wire to the bulb, all the connections should be self explanitory, but the only bit i was baffled with was the spade connections going into the sockets i didnt know which was + or -, so i took a leap, or small hop of faith and i found that the spade connection with the carbon or burnt look was the positive one on mine, but dont hold me to it :D

i used a dunelm heavy duty spray upholster glue and i use the Evo stick spray glue and id say steer way way clear! It seemed good for about 3 days then i noticed the heat in the car being black interior cause all the glue to lift then as it did, it all just dried away....now my interior looks like an OAPs breasts male or female, not a good look. :( Slick pete found this is a previous thread http://www.martrim.co.uk/catalogue/glues-and-adhesives.htm if i do my 2nd attempt myself i will be using the can of clue with the brush attatchment.

Anyone thinking about meets before we get snowed in and cars put away for xmas/winter? possible bad timing with xmas and money and all but what harm could a bit of socializing and car talk do over a drink! Welcome anthony first thing i noticed it looks like you have a japspeed exhaust or similar to the 4" tail pipes and with that the west wing rear bumper! which is all the info i needed for mine to know it will fit through the exhaust recesses! :D so not only thanks but welcome again :batman: Hollings.

I think its worth trying the black, because with silver it would just blend into all the car more which if you want that fair enough but with the black they would be another feature standing out, im going to try black on my red Zed. but be sure to upload piccys of the finale ! Hollings.

Hello all, is it possible to purchase a SWB exhaust system for a LWD and fabricate any extentions needed? i was looking at the Kakimoto/HKS hi-power but havent been able to find any for the LWB. Also, how much power can and auto box take safely? mine has done 48k and runs really smooth but i dont want to ruin that with more power, plus a manual convertion is expensive and being an import and me being 20 years old the insurance would torture me. Haha mine does this and elastic band and some Aircraft tape does the job perfectly! :batman:
