Now i dont know if im being picky but id like to be able to have my dipped beam on and flash my headlamps as normal, but during the day when my dipped beam is off and i flash i would like it to stay off, is this possible?

boost jets versus eletronic boost controller
I think id still be inclined to look at the boost jets though as they dont have the problem of setting them both up to the right ammount of turns etc. plus once i have found the optimum boost id like to have which would be around 12psi once ive purchased the upgrades required for it i wouldnt really want an EBC to change it whenever i wanted, cause it would be there when i want it, and every other time i drive off boost anyway.

With the manual boost controllers what would be the effects of inbalances boost between the two turbos, due to the 2 boost controllers not being wound out enough compared to the other?

Subwoofer help Req.
About a week ago i could happily wire a headunit and your standard 6x9 and door card speakers as you do, but now i wanted a sub and i wanted to know everything about them from wiring to peak performances and so on. I want a system which is above beginner and one where when cranked up i hit my comfortable sound threashold before it does. At first i was looking at this JVC sub 700 watts RMS, 2000 watts PEAK. http://www.jvcmobile.co.uk/product.php?pr=220 and i was going to use this amp to power it as everywhere ive looked says try and better the RMS wattage of your sub with your amp by up to 125%, and that peak isnt a neccesity. http://www.jvcmobile.co.uk/product.php?pr=174 Now as the sub is dual coil and so on i could get it to run at an Impedance of 2ohms if i ran the 2 coils in parallel Now id like somone with a bit of knowledge to tell me if this system would be a few steps up from begginner and if it would be worth purchasing, also taking into account i listen to Drum and Bass + Dubstep mainly. Or would it be wise to go down the route of 2 less powerful subwoofers instead of one? Any help and advice is appreciated. Hollings.

a Decat is still very beneficial to your car t2p, allowing the gases to escape faster at higher revs, im sure it just affects torque in the low rev range, the benefits far outweight the cons.

Exhaust is what im trying to figure out now, depending if its LWB or SWB shows a range of different exhausts. If LWB the most common id say is the Japspeed Catback you'll find on ebay being sold by 2fast2cool. Other than that theres a mongoose system. All the other good stuff is either Single exit, or is in america which costs about the same ammount as the exhaust to ship. They all Claim to have around about up to 15BHP gains, but im no expert. Then you have the opportunity to DeCat it, which also claims up 15BHP and obviously no cat = free flow = better breathing, but if its a TT your Turbo seals dont perform correctly and can start to degrade, and if its an N/A you lose backpressure which results in loss of low rev torque. The Od button just removes 4th gear as thats when the gearbox is 'overdriving' compared to the engine. Its the Power button you want to watch for high rev changes, there is a very recent thread with multiple causes on this, ill try fish it out but definatly as andy said, jeff is just up the road from you and will give you some worth while answers :) - I'm back with a new Zed!
