  2. Yes its time you canme back little fella!! Indeed he does ! Especially NAs! However a few others have been learning too over the past couple of years :o :D :D :D
  3. i can only speak as I find but my original ebay set was still 100% rust and crack free when I sold the slicktop in Feb after 2 years on the car.
  4. Thats cheating!! you have seen them before!!!!! You are of course correct
  5. Its the dumb answers you need to be on your guard for. :D :D :D
  6. So 50 people in identical cars are ALL going to claim that they are travelling on their own in the same direction!!LOL! :x:
  7. If you are using £35 to do 80 miles Sarah then you need Mr Duff to look at yer fuelling!! Cos thats around 12mpg :D
  8. Best start another poll then!!!!!!!!!!! :o :D :D :D
  9. JAPS Show doesnt open til 10.00am. So I see no reason why we cant arrange with Andrew Greenwood for us to arrive later than that, say 11 to 11.30 provided we have a reserved parking area. So making the Ferrybridge time around 10.00am?
  10. £99 is a good price. That is the cheaper of the Ebay alternatives.I paid £150 to see if the others were better??? All Ebay headers AND the real Stillen ones need the RHS O2 sensor boss re locating(£20 job) and usually need a LITTLE modifying with a Birmingham screwdriver to clear the steering column. Quality??? Up to you to decide. Here is the picture for comparison.
  11. That sounds like a plan!!! Meet at ferrybridge services and convoy down to Thoresby? Plenty of parking at Thoresby. No hassle from the public or PC Plod. Maybe the Club could negotiate a group entry fee??
  12. CANCELLED! Re sheduled for 19th Aug!!!! Info from the Andrew Greenwood website.
  13. Just got some news tonite from one of the local Ford owners (they have a show on the same day there). He has been to have a look. Our field is aparently under water. More news later in the week hopefully........... Now Im hoping all will be OK on the day ....BUT suppose it isnt????? Shall we have a reserve plan and do a pub meet somewhere nearby??? :duffer: What do all you peeps think???
  14. Spiders and Robots! Im scared of both. Can someone please send them a message and tell them they CANT JOIN  Anyone/ANYTHING!!.. ........ Thats even more scary! I dont want "things " coming to our meets.
  15. Here is a copy of my post about JAE over on Zclub.net. So unless anyone tells me different its down to those of us who are going to get ourselves organised as it doesnt look like there will be any committee members or organizers there from either club. So .... ideas?? Suggestions??? PM me if you want to talk off forum. Call me if you want.07778 411568
  16. well Im a ZClub member(like you Dave) and Im deffo an old fart now too, since my birthday a couple of weeks ago........ however I DONT prefer peace n quiet in my old age. I think Billing is a dismal dated dump and I cant stand camping but its a significant gathering of Zed owners so its a tempting commercial oportunity to sell some gear. Ill be there as a trader abnd probably at JAE the following weekend just with my car.
  17. ALL the Ebay headers are for LHD cars. Never mind what the seller says. Hes only a bloke in an office who has NEVER seen a 300ZX in his life! The o2 sensor will not fit on a RHD car cos the column is in the way. It needs to be re located as said by Shunter at al before.
  18. My only concern is that I have basically bent and messed up 2 roadside barriers that belong to the council, and I dont want a bill for those! Oh you will definitely get a bill for that. The police will file their report to the council, who will then get an estimate for the damage from their maintenance company who will then recover the cost from you. It will be a sustantial bill to. Well over £1000 Im sure. And dont be surprised if it takes months to get to you. Im talking from experience here. So make sure your insurance company knows all about it before the bill arrives.
  19. Wrong thread!!LOL! This is for the J.A.P.S on 1st July
  20. I cant believe what Im seeing here. Virtually no one from 300ZX co. uk attending, no club stand and probably no one on the strip either. Its the same over on Z Club.net too. No stand, hardly anyone going etc. Anyway I dont care ... Im going on Sunday and probably youngest daughter with me. Its one of the best Jap car events in Britain.IMHO. Plenty of trade stands. food :duffer: entertainment etc and a good showing hopefully of sub 10sec Jap machinery. Shame about parking with the public tho. :headvswal Oh there is drift action too. Watch out for a 4 door liner smoking round with our former National Events Organizer behind the wheel :x:
  21. Yes indeed! I was looking at that when he was at Castle Combe. most of the inner return edge has been removed.
  22. You could get a proper Koyo Racing rad (All ally) for just under £300.
  23. ??????????? Plastic pipes... the best???????? :( I think not. :D
