  1. Agreed. they have given a reasonable quote and have made the correct noises about having the pistons so they can bore to suit. Maybe they are a little over on the quote for piston fitting. Its not that difficult if you have a press and propane torch + a freezer and the know how.:alucard:
  2. Price will depend on how big an overbore you are going for. Will also depend on the quality/accuracy of finish you need. Will also be affected by the location of machine shop. And to some extent by the shops desire to do bore only jobs. The need for an invoice or otherwise and the method of payment also affects the cost. In effect its like asking how long a piece of string is???
  3. Im sure it was Vijay. ..........But not with me under it:tt2:
  4. Brake lines ??? Which ones?? All of them?? What do you mean by crossmember? the engine crossmember or is it the lower radiator support panel/crossmember?? The size and exact nature of the failures are neccessary to know before you can make any proper assessment of what to do.
  5. IMO.....I think that in the first picture the two axle stands are too close together. They may be fine if you are just having a quick inspection but I personally would have them wider apart under the main chassis rails with a piece of wood to protect the chassis rail.
  6. Glad that all worked out! Im pretty sure the Z32 rear caliper bolts straight on to the S13 without any mods. Unlike the S14 where they need the cables etc. Try asking the question over on SXOC.
  7. It was cheap cos only 2 people in the UK wanted a box at the time the auction ended and were prepared to collect it or arrange a courier.
  8. Good news. Airports open for business! ive just bought a ticket for Spain for early next month!:thumbup1: Woohoo! Holidays are nearly here. Once I get there they can close the airports again for the Summer:thumbup:
  9. And I need yer addy to post the bushes:innocent:
  10. Is it just me ??? Or does anyone else think the finish is not too good in the centre area towards the back??
  11. 'bout eight to avoid the worst of it. park up.... off for brekkie.. Dave is paying:tt2:
  12. Anywaaaaaay...... getting back on topic.....:innocent: Who else is going??? If you havent been then you should make the effort. Its always a good day . Lots of interesting Jap machinery, decent selection of Traders etc. Z owners of all clubs just get together and leave club politics and egos behind.:thumbup1: Oh and did I mention wicked breakfasts for very little money???:cool2: But you NEED to be there EARLY.....or you will spend hours waiting to get in:mad2:
  13. I might ring the big sod myself. Wonder if he still has MY number:cursing:
  14. Well I normally stop at Swindon T lodge but all the cheap rooms went so Im at Newbury this year. Its a little further in the morning along the M4 but its only £19 for the room. And its way better than trying to drive all the way from Nottingham:tank:
  15. Yep Im up for that. Im stopping at travelodge Frid night:sleep1: so will be in the track nice N early. Give Neil a ring then.... tell him to be there:sailor:

  22. according to Martins title he is using UPS.... which isnt anything to do with USPS. And UPS will deliver it in a brown van!!! They are based at East Mids airport. Most USPS stuff come in to Coventry where it is then onward handled by Parcel Farce UK or Royal mail for small stuff
