Hi vin yours was the first wide boded zed I’d seen in the flesh......and what a zed it was/is That was probably 10 or 12 years ago mate hows things and hows the zed ?

I've had exactly the same fault with my box for a number of years now...3rd to 4th was a problem but the more power I got the worse it became and now me/jimmer have pushed the power well over 500 bhp when I engage 4 it just spits it out.... So as these boxes won't be around forever I've just got a nice new one with folk and clutch upgrade...not worth buying second hand get them while you can.

Hi...as I’m now running some big horses and huge torque it looks like the only thing left to change for new is the gearbox clutch and lightened flywheel the gearbox has done 96,000 miles and is ready to give up the ghost as 3/4 gear don’t like the power. The clutch and flywheel on the other hand is quite new and hasn’t done a 1000 miles yet so could go to a new home if someone is interested? The clutch is holding the power perfect and is good for 700hp the only reason I’m swapping is i want it all new and having a change that’s all Pm me if your interested in the clutch and flywheel

Took the old girl out for a quick run before putting her away for a couple of weeks while we are away......all I can say is WOW!! Ever time I squirt that throttle and release all them torques it's fantastic...I can't tell you how well jimmer has built this missile thank you jimmer it's contagious :tt1:

If it is all your good bits will be swapped out bud with Micky mouse parts,if it Isn't him do not ever take it within a 100 miles of him,only use powerzed and you will never look back Ps he used my car for months to do the chippy runs...can you belive that !!

Has the vibration been there at these same time you fitted that new single piece prop? only saying as i have two zed and both have single piece props and since fitting them they both suffer with vibration issues wonder if there’s an issue with balancing of these ??

Can someone pass a massage on to Lee dent for me and let him know that I will have him one way or another for what that thieving tw.t has done to me and our fellow Zedders..I have just had confirmation that not only did he steal most of my parts I sent him for my original build £100’s of pounds worth...but the reason why he ended up doing two engine builds as both blew up was the tw.t didn’t even put my original Nissan full head gasket kits on...he put cheap shit eBay ones on and kepted my gaskets! Cheers guys she does look sweet,still a few small jobs to do,needs interior bits sorting but nothing serious,and i think ill treat her later this year for a full jimmer rebuild with new turbos and a Greg tunning and push them horses up to 400 ish bhp :)
