  2. daft question - but after all the work thats been carried out - have the rear lights been reconnected, or somehow could have cut through that part of the loom?
  3. WTF is costco? is it a London thing??
  4. WTF? is this for real? doesn't go well with your user name lol. :nono:
  5. welcome to the club - thats a nice zed you've got there! lamb doors are a personal thing - lots hate them, but I reckon they'll suit the styling of your car, so if you like them then go for it.
  6. I would like to see it brought back, I appreciate it is quite a lot of work to administer it, but is good for the communal side of the club and member involvement. Maybe this year when my car starts taking shape I may get a vote. or not lol
  7. It lasted! wasn't expecting that!
  8. hello and welcome :D
  9. yeah its well worth getting the plug changed, unfortunately these problems are a bit of a nightmare, but hopefully you'll cure it soon!
  10. cheers for the comments guys... yeah maybe he is telling the truth, but I can see why he would try and bullsh!t his way out of it, but if he didn't want to sell it for £10 (starting bid, buy now was £90) then he should have put the starting bid higher. Nevermind, would have been a good bargain though! :(
  11. The other day I was lucky enough to win an auction on ebay - boost gauge, vacuum gauge, oil pressure gauge, oil temp gauge, a pillar triple pod trim, din triple hole trim, sandwich plate, all senders and sensors, vacuum piping... for £10 + p+p :santa: woop woop, merry christmas, or so I thought. Anyways, I get a message today, reading: "This item aswell as others were being stored in a shared garage. Upon reciving payment i went to collect the item to post aswell as others, however they seem to have been taken or moved without my approval. As a result i have issued a refund. I am very sorry for this inconvenience. Should they turn up I will again contact you." anyone else think this is utter bullshit? Sure, I wouldn't want to let that lot go for £10, but its a legal binding contract and surely he now has to supply the goods. And I want them lol. Any advice as to what I can do would be appreciated, thankzzzzz :taz::death::cursing::2guns::bow:
  12. awww feel the love :yinyang:
  13. good purchase Nick, I had a 220 GSi turbo a few years back and loved it, wish someone would offer me a deal like that! I'd certainly have another rover as a daily drive.

yep its not a cheap job at all... the bits cost an arm and a leg and take a long time to fit. Even getting it done on the side would be £400+.
