Yeah its a fair size, I got one too a while back off ebay. It came with an Apexi power intake which was nearly new and the lot cost me £35 ;) Is it just a plug and play jobbie (obviously with wiring changes) ? do you have to alter anything else?

I've done a search and can't find anything, although it must have been talked about before. Basically I'm in the middle of converting my rear centre panel to an illuminated one and the rear lights to '99 spec appearance, and its all going perfectly so far. However, the centre panel is a bit 'fusty' after being on the car for 19 years, I was wondering if there is any way to clean it up? One thought I had was with some REALLY fine wet and dry, then polish back up? Will this work without making it look worse? :saddam:

LOL joking aside theres always use for spare vac pipe as most of the fecker perishes due to under bonnet temperatures and age and these bits seem to last the longest. :tongue:

I also changed the gasket on the rear main housing, although others thought this is a bit overkill?

Them tanks are removable without taking the wings off, or at least they were on mine so that saved me a lot of time!

Bit harsh mr cow pat. Not everyone wants to go round corners with the back end out, but obviously you aren't a fan of 4wd.

all cars have problems... must admit mine struck up first turn of the key today, not been started for about 3 weeks ;) sounds to me that you may have a dicky starter, probably on its last legs.

Whilst we are on the subject, I fitted some Blitz BOVs in the engine bay the other month, but I still have the recircs in place (only done a couple of miles) will this affect running or performance until I block the recircs off?
