  1. 180 can be achived with a pretty much stock car, the final drive ratio and therefore ultimate top speed iis around 210 I dont think many would hit that though. Top speed is irrelivant in any case.
  2. going to be changing my radiator today, so anyone got anything to tell me. ive read i should use inorganic coolant, because of the silicone. ive read about bleeding it with the heater matrix open etc, but im a bit worried about doing it ive not done it on the zed before.
  3. You dont need a photo go open the bonnet look behind the fan. There$ two ali tubes behind them you will see two water pipes, thats the ones in question.

  11. very simular to the kaminari one isnt it. i dunno i really liked them to start with but ive kinda gone off them, i guess time will tell when its on. that black zed is alittle standard looking to pull it off but with yours being a bit more stanced etc it may pull it off.
  12. thanks guys for your kind words, i think we should also do an anual magazine. few articals from club members about their cars history etc. few pages with zeds in action aswel, would be great to recieve a nice little glossy magazine with photos of meets and race events. maybe some trader adverts etc. im not talking about a feature length 200 page magazine, but 20-30 pages possibly. i for one would look forward to this turning up once a year. be nice as a mometo thing for members aswel. obviously the magazine would be paid or by the club, and only subscribed members would get it free. at christmas maybe? just a thought.
  13. i be reconing that if you were reciving those virtual pints in real world land youd be a little bit giggly haha happy birthday man.

  16. There is a new mma gym just opened on winton highstreet mate, above that garage opposite the church
  17. you could scrub down respray with high temp paint but tbh for the quality and cost would prob be better to just blast and powdercoat
  18. sorry if this has already been mentioned, but with the cash discussed earlier, would it niot be prudent to invest it. ie im thinking, we should do what many other clubs do capri club etc...when parts go out of circulation which is ocuring more and more the club should invest in there patterns. im thinking back to a recent thread about the cost of repair pannels for sills. evenually these will only be available as non genuine parts. so the club could buy the rights to remanufactures items such as this over time and form an actual club shop. face it guys the cars are 21 years old now in some cases, so parts are gonna be getting short on the ground soon, investment in the patterns for parts is the only way to ensure the long term survival of the mark.
  19. yeh if you look at the top speed runs he is listed there aswel.
  20. Its worth checking the other side too mate early models leaked brake fluid over the inner wing
  21. Simple really, the targas drain down though here eventually the drain ****s up rots out and begins pouring water into the sill. Then if you take a look at the rear wheel well you will notice a, little shelf where dirt and salt collect from the tyres spray. How can you prevent it? Keep the underside clean and wax oiled and keep an eye on the drains. Sadly if the car gets wet often its inevitable really its just a case of how long
  22. diary is clear permission granted, as long as teh numbers start creeping up il be coming along. basically unless its crap weather i shoudl be there.
