Gt525s are simply t28 cores jammed into t25 housings. They are essentially the same turbo as stock hence why they fit so nicely. The system is designed to have a bov within it, albeit a recirculating one. Why do you want to risk it? If you are over the noise fit some stock recircs and if you suspect them to be faulty test them. It may be worth changing the gauge for a more accurate or known working one if it feels like 18psi not 10 then it's possible as if like to think you would know the difference.

Yes that's odd but not uncommon. It's often the passenger or curbside. My thought process has always been this side has a shit life getting covered in salty puddles etc when driving down the road. I think with zeds though it's possibly very likely that it's the side where the targa gets dirty so starts to damage the drain out location.

The cherry is a better looking car. I would walk straight upto it and inspect that rear passenger portion of the sill though. My eye detects a potential fix, that may be good or bad. might just be the light though.

Detchwerks used to have a poor rep but they have changed a lot. Jecs are equally popular, venoms not so much.

Two of friends had r5s one ended up getting scrapped as it went pop, the other ended up upside down in a field and as far as I know is still at my ex girl friends parents farm. I've never really liked them TBF. I just don't like hatchbacks, to me it doesn't matter weather it's a p reg fiesta with 60hp or a shiney new Astra Vxr they just don't float my boat. Coupe fanatic.

Pretty sure that z33 brembos are 330mm. Some 345 discs will fit if the design on the wheel allows it. How much free space is behind your wheel.

Or it's jammed up tight on it so it turns...iirc the splined section of the clutch plate is an inch or so thick. If it's 2cms even all the way round your likely .5 of a cm into the clutch plate. Just keep wiggling and persisting eventually it will just go clunk. Then you will be wondering what all the fuss was about.

It can be a real *******. Me and Hellraiser struggled like hell with one once and ended up taking it back out the car to check everything. This was midnight and it was 3am before the box was finally home, there was nothing wrong with it we just had to try harder. Mine was also a pita, the first time. My father in law ended up getting hold of it and just manhandling it in, then we did the bolt trick we did on when I did it with Hellraiser. The second time we dropped the engine onto the box and it literally fell in, we used the old bolt trick to get it home the clunk of it going home was heard pretty quick and remember us both being like ey? Is that it? That can be it already.... The one thing I would say it make sure the clutch is aligned properly.

Mine useless unless it's bone dry out there, need new rears they're below 3mm now
