  1. Wtf lol at least it's not a turd ey.
  2. Hopefully the garage who didn't put oil in it will do the right thing.
  3. Ouch! What a bloody shame, I'd be gutted.
  4. Unless you know something I don't jeff....haha
  5. Fantastic :D not that I want to use it for a seat belt lol
  6. Evening chaps, does anyone know, if you wanted to fit 3 point belts in the back of a series one, are the provisions there for it? Or would you have to created a mount for the top one?
  7. Looks like a pheasant pond mate? It's best to keep them on land and feed them pellets.
  8. And sfs do way more than the rad hoses. You can delete a fair amount of those water pipes btw, there a loop that goes in under the plenum that's a waste if time and space.
  9. Pressure washer and run haha, it makes me think of this... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qBAZGtBfcY4 50% of them will get taken out and wet, they don't fly well wet, the other 50% run. I remember throwing a picnic table umbrella, the bottom bit, like a javelin into a big wasp nest. Didn't work, just made them seriously angry. The suggestion of knocking the nest into a bag is probably more sensible, less childish and safe but hey.
  10. Really sad this, he wasn't even old. I remember my letting me watch bottom and the young ones, didn't get half if it but it was so well written even now.
  11. Yeah potentially. S13 braided lines sort of work, but the banjo section is curved. It needs a straight one.
  12. The Evo ones use a banjo bolt, the stock z lines wouldn't work.
  13. Do you mean, there's no oil pressure in the system? Ie if you remove the filler cap there's no oil? Or do you mean the gauge shows no pressure? The oil pressure senders fail on these cars for a pastime. If your talking actual oil circulation etc then i do seem to remember jeff finding a brand new OEM oil pump faulty out the box.
  14. Yeah I think your right there terry. The way I understand it, our cars suspension is designed for the force to not be loaded on the strut tops but on the FUCA, therefore it achives very little esp in the front and esp when the brace itself is able to flex or twist, those bolts will obviously move. If it was to work properly you would need solid ones, as I say though as I understand it they don't do much up front anyway.
  15. Ahhhh that makes more sense.
  16. Uk rear bumper, ukz plate...a vert...pardon? I thought they were all imports.
  17. Makes perfect sense to me make, I only wondered as I've been meaning to go get an intercooler off a golf or a3 to see if I can make it fit lol, plenty of them about.
  18. What intercooler a did you say you have? Ones off an A3?
  19. Cheers man, day 4 now seems to be relenting lol.
  20. Took it for a quick 25 mile round trip to the tackle shop today, running nicely. Aside from a leaking rear shock, damn it, at least the starter motor didn't fall off this time. Defiantly needs more go goes though. Then I parked it on my bomb site, I mean driveway sat there and drank a carton or tropical juice and admired it in the sun on my front step. Then I got back to smashing up rocks and coughing up snot :)
  21. Get it down to r33 weight? How much does an r33 weigh? Didnt think they were much lighter?
  22. I can't give you a number either, I know a member got about 370hp out if his and it started slipping, I believe that was a newish clutch. Best bet is to buy an aftermarket one as said, mines a stage 2 one rated for 500hp and 500ftlb so plenty if ceiling for upgrades.
  23. Can't get better than that.
