  1. What are you after exactly mate?
  2. Even if Nissan had coloured coded them it would have made sense. My neighbour has a Morris and we had a look at it, checked the plug gaps etc, I left him came back and he had pulled the ht leads off. I asked did you pay attention to what order they were in, I knew the answer before I asked and sure enough the reply of no was given. A face palm moment and some consulting on the manual later it was sorted, funny firing order those engines. I think iirc they actually fire in order, which is odd. I recommended him to do what ive always done and write the cyl numbers on the dizzy and the leads. It's a job I need to do on mine, label each connection.
  3. You would have to get it very cheap to get a gem out of it, of nothing else it needs a complete respray and a new interior. Conversely I suppose you look to steal the running gear out of it, however I'd be surprised if it made 400hp let alone 500hp. Let's face it how many big power 300s are there? How many are lurking about outside this and other main clubs, even less.
  4. I've been to cocks in Cornwall I think it was, we also have shitterton in Dorset. The new locals insist it's pronounced shetaton but it isn't, it's said the way you read it.
  5. Haha, on a clear day I can hear the guns at home, surprising how car it travels over the sea from bovington. I'll tell you what though you feel mighty small in the zed when the APCs etc come thundering down the A roads round here.
  6. Seriously, that work was carried out by a "professional" I've seen chav bodges better than that.
  7. Do you ever do any events on Salisbury plain ian? Id love to be a passenger for one of you off road events some when :D cheeky know but don't ask, don't get lol.
  8. I only ask cos I've got an ever growing mountain of stuff that needs doing and I wondered how you stop the threads getting choked with paint.
  9. Did you have those adjustable arms powder coated?
  10. That's a lovely looking house mate. Hopefully il have my very own garage next year.
  11. What's the actual date on it Scott?
  12. The chap did ask if I wanted a picture with mine, my reply was "it's ok I know what it looks like"
  13. Next year with a touch more shall we say "organisation" I think we will manage some silverware.
  14. Trust me theres been worse. Much worse....
  15. Ha, I'm always in trouble because I'm breathing.
  16. Oh behave, if you did that I'd have to start getting upset about people not liking my latest stays update or photo of my dinner.
  17. Duck, I'm in the system now. Bloody facebook!
  18. Don't give the horseshoe a hard time it can look fantastic.
  19. Sadly mate, I don't recon that will shut up Johnny plod as the z32 was sold in the UK. It both says you can and can't in the same sentence. The key word being SOME it's all down to interpretation of the law. I recon a 99 spec would get away with it though, due to not being marketed here and the preformed plate plinth.
  20. Best things, Pulling the engine, that revealed so many weak points, previous owner cock ups etc and has had such a positive effect on the cars reliability. Trusting it more and therefore using it more. Blacking the roof bars, real visual difference. Worst things, Limping in the orginal block which killed it, I should have just pulled over. Rebuilding the stock turbos, waste of money. Should have paid for new ones TBF though I didn't have the money at the time. Snapping a drop link the night before japfest and loosing my tack time.
  21. They are quite different to the jap ones arnt they.
