Brexit Poll
Maybe it’s time to have a think about some things for you, this is not my experience of daily life in this country. I see it yes but it’s the exception not the norm. I do even more miles than you do, 50k+, and don’t encounter that much rage. Aren’t you a Bus driver? Maybe it’s time for a holiday?

Brexit Poll
TheRealNips. Just wanted to go to some of the comparisons you made. The reason you don’t see so much traffic on the French roads is the population density is FAR lower than here, over 3xs lower. The rural parts are virtually unpopulated. If you go to the large French cities though such as Paris or Lyon not only are roads an absolute nightmare the standard of driving is a worse. I hate driving in London but I’d take it over Lyon any day. Whilst Germany, Australia and The Netherlands are impressively clean, particularly Austria, nations such as France, Spain and Italy are right mucky places filled with stray cats and graffiti. Obviously parts of these countries are nice as are parts here. I certainly don’t feel we’re at the bottom of the pile, Britain is over all a great place. There’s not a country in the world that’s perfect and I’m always happy to home. Maybe you shouldn’t be so keen to put home down.

Brexit Poll
Very true and what is for many an emotional choice as as well or even more so than economic etc, truth is a liquid material. If you want to explore who spent more money and bent more truths well, it’s politics, you’d be at it till there’s no Europe to leave.

Brexit Poll
The biggest problem conceptually (a moot point to some extent for us) is that it assumes parity, on economically, standardisation and moral issues. The current 28 member states do not have this. This is a foundational flaw, and is and has, caused a lot of hardship and upheaval throughout the EU long before “Brexit”. We all got a chance to cast a vote. The same information was available for all who sought it out to make decisions, it was down to the individual to make that choice as best they could or abstain if they chose. That is democracy, a voice for all citizens equally, I strongly believe in that and that either way we must except the decision of the majority and those who we employ to carry out our wishes must do so to the best of thier ability.

Brexit Poll
Just to pull you up there Si, Farage didn’t state the £350m. That claim was from vote leave of which he wasn’t part, in fact he was publicly excluded. He even said he didn’t recognise that amount during the campaign, I believe he was claiming more like £130m.

Brexit Poll
It’s an out from me. I made my decision at the time and I’m not going to get cold feet. I do not support the four indivisible fundamentals of the EU and therefore I cannot support the EU, nor do I wish to be a member of it. What I’m really rather sick of and has become very apparent is the self proclaimed “left” or as they like to believe the educated and righteous. What that actually appears to mean is, if you don’t agree with my views your less than me and ignorant, without a hint of irony. I do firmly believe though, and I said it at the time, is that regardless of the result we won’t leave properly. Any exit will be in name only. Those with power in general rather like to keep hold of it.

Typical EU
It was always going to be thier strategy. Offer a terrible deal and hope for a second referendum. Be interesting to see who finally blinks first.

Upgrading to a 95 harness - checklist
I forgot you had the series 2 PTU to boot. It’s an expensive faff because splicing in the connectors you wouldn’t need to purchase a new loom (didn’t you buy a new pre 95 loom a few years back?) for a few hundred quid, you wouldn’t need to fight the damn harness through the engine bay, swear at the hole that the block goes through for the ECU. But then aren’t you running 740s on stock turbos?

Upgrading to a 95 harness - checklist
Seems like a lot of faff and expense to negate the requirement for a joint for the injectors.

Horn Relay
3 pin... weird.

Horn Relay
Have a look bud. I have a feeling that relay isn’t a fancy pants Nissan con part but a generic Bosch relay available from your local motor factor.

Car Wrap Avery dennison to my Green Cobalt Z
They often don’t keep the colour. Quite a few of these guys will have a wrap done before along the car away for a big trip, protects the paint and mixes it up a bit.

Car Wrap Avery dennison to my Green Cobalt Z
It’s an option but... it’s not cheap to get a good job done and you can tell a wrap, even a good one.

This is a gem
Very true, but I spend a lot of my life down there and EVERYTHING rusts. Warm moist westery winds are the predominant and on thier journey they pick up plenty of salt spray. In the arse end of Cornwall plastic rusts. If you had to put money on it, £11k of it you’d have to be very through in your inspection to ensure you weren’t buying a boat anchor covered in paint.

This is a gem
We can say what we want but the market dictates. The Z32 isn’t very popular.
-
This is a gem
£11k is strong money for a Z32, when was the last time a stock car in the country sold for close to that? Coupled with the fact it’s been living in the wettest, saltiest part of the country, there will be rust...

The new 2019 Z
I believe they have improved but early 2000s Merc’s we’re rot boxes which is why they are cheap to buy.
-
The new 2019 Z
We get this on an annual basis. Some Nissan exec makes a comment, it’s taken as red, they then explain that they neither can confirm nor deny and nothing happens. Until there’s an actual car there...

The new 2019 Z
I believe it when I see it.

Back.. and on a mission. Burgundy Z32 TT
How much “poke” once you lower the car the wheel will pull in a fair way. I lost 15mm of projection when I lowered mine.

looking for my 1st 300zx
With 4K for a TT manual your looking at something that needs more spent. So to get a decent shell and solid block you’d be looking at NAs maybe NA Autos. Tbh in that situation I’d be looking a 350z instead. A good TT manual z32 your probably going to want to budget about 6k these days.

300ZX brake upgrade
I don’t think they will fit. Need the 320mm disc version, or as I said before the 350z disc and calipers combo which is virtually bolt on. Just to reiterate, the 370z has a different braking system and fitting the same or better discs and calipers won’t yield the same feel.
