Biometric Fingerprint Identity Logon Kit
I know of people who swear by them, and wasn't there a guy on this forum who is incorporating that security system into his 300zx?

Anyone here run their diesels on vegetable oil?
No - but the kit from the government is only £200 - I have been seriously considering it. I spoke to my local chippy and it costs them a fortune to dispose of oil properly. he would happily supply if for free. The only problem is you have to tell the government just how much you are producing so they can tax you at 60p/ltr or whatever it is!

Just ordered one of these!!
So I can take my in car filming to a new level, I have just ordered a couple of these. http://www.archos.com/products/video/av_700/index.html?country=global&lang=en So I can record directly onto a portable hdd. I will get around 100hrs of DVD quality film direct onto it's hard disk so no down time and no running out of tapes. Apparently it can recieve digital freeview TV at up to 80mph too, but I will never use it for that!

Average income of a 300zx owner?
Yes... but it is showing exactly what I thought it would.... There are more zed owners here in the less than 30k bracket than the over 30k bracket.... Just going to show that owning a supercar is now within the reach of the majority... or maybe it just proves that we are bonkers

Average income of a 300zx owner?
After posting this - I realise I haven't worded it very well - I just think that 300zx ownership is now open to a much wider audience than ever before and was just trying to prove you don't have to be on big bucks to run a lovely car....
-
Average income of a 300zx owner?
With the cost of average 300zx's at an all time low (I know that good ones will always fetch a premium).... I wonder what the average income of a 300zx owner is... I made this a private poll - so nobody will know what you put.

Front Bumper Info needed
That is for downforce to aid low speed (0-120mph) cornering. For out and out top speed, slippery is king! I'm pretty sure that wasn't the Veyron it was the Koensiggsomethingorother Topgear have also shown a report on the Bugatti Veyron which has a top speed setting that actually retracts all the spoilers and lowers the car. The one where they race it across europe against a plane. I also wouldn't worry about losing too much weight, low weight helps acceleration because the engine has less mass to push along, but means little on high speed runs. In fact the weight you have will aid your stability. Focus on a the gearing to make sure you can actually get there, then a slippery shape, then power...... of course there are many other considerations - but I know you have those in hand! ;) Can't wait to see it all in action!

Dave, If you can get your hands on a knackered front bumper - I can try and make you a Jun style bumper.
