Your going to hate me for this but.....build a 10 ft Cannon out of 4 ft wide water mains pipe and fire that front bumper into the next county...it might land in front of a Ford Transit and be smashed into 1000,s of bits. Your car would look fantastic with a front end that follows the zeds lines better like an 89 or 99 spec...even a Scarab would look better than the Vside bud:wink: Other than the front i love the car myself but who am i??:w00t:

Iff your 90 degree out which i think is very very slim to near impossible having it running so smooth then mechanicly your not going to see 0 degree...what you need to establish is TDC on number 1 with all valves closed to determine "true TDC" and this can be found easly by compresion tester and turning by hand.

when they go bad i do believe they "tell lies" to the timing signal but mechanicly your timed up correctly

yea 1 way valve just does the same job as the 1 way valve on the brake and clutch servo,s....allows vacume to suck but wont allow boosted air back through. I think..LOL. Ive got my Mitsubishi Delica engine in bits on the bench and for a short while my Zed train of thoughts have been put on the back burner:lol::lol:

your going to have to get in there with a more localised beam....i have a Snap-on gun and still need to get right in there (watch the fan with no shroud)...you are on number 1 arnt ya:tt2:. its got to be coming up but not getting highlighted thats all mate. EDIT....surely your cam timing is not that far out it cant be brought up with the CAS variance slot:eek: who put the belt on??

Why people put these things on with high strenth locktite i dont know....very mild removable threadlock would be ideal and you would,nt need to use a Sthil saw to get them off:crying:

dont forget iff you have the gun set to 15 degree then your timing mark on the pully will be showing TDC...also with the cowl on its hard to pinpoint the beam iff outside;)

Danny just use 200 amp Arc welding cable...100% pure stranded copper and you wont get a better insulation sheath on anything else either mate. I used to use it on my boats ;)
