  11. The body would of took the heat out the weld so maybe another 10-15 amps or so but the job looks good to me matey...get it finnished, painted and lets go:yes:

  13. Looks all clean sweet and dandy but you dont want paint on the inside of holes were your going to weld and all that hard work is going to get burnt too then need painting again:confused:

  15. Stop stressing over those few loose spot welds matey...the strength of the part is in its folded construction,the spot welds are just to keep the folds together otherwise it would of been seam welded at manufacturing.Have you drilled the spots and re-welded?? thats all it needs;)
  16. 6 7 8 looks spot on...would be even better with the mill scale ground off too. 10 11 looks like it has good heat/penetration but needs more wire to match.ide go with 678 and get the job done:yes:

  23. dont agree..i have friends who voted in and out. They are still my friends and me theres and ime sure that goes for millions of people.The ones who no longer want to be your friends after this then off load them asap as they were the enemy within:thumbdown:
