  6. Dont want to piss on a sale here but Gary given the location of thems pipes and working on the theory of a "1 bullet shot" i used EFI 8mm rubber fuel hose mate...imho far more durable down near the tubs than silacone tubing.
  7. needs a good canning down the motorway for 20 miles or so Dave...followers bleed down if left idle and normaly pump back up when up to normal operating temps.A start up for a couple of mins a week is not enough.

  12. can be done in the car without removing heads...cams out and drop them in after soaking them in oil overnight right side up
  13. not the end of the world mate...a day to someone who welds thin and its no problem. BTW ime 100 times better welding thick than thin myself and hate welding anything on wheels
  14. any bigger and you,ll be looking to weld a car around the hole:laugh:
  15. yea just take your time and dont try rush the template as the closer the gap the less wire you need;)...that Cebora is one of the best but i still think the wire feed is to fast looking at one of the pics
  16. what welder are you using and what shielding gas is it...look to me like you dont have enough amps and the wire feed is too fast mate...it just needs small hot fast spot welds on silver steel and then you wont get the weld build up you seem to be having. For grinding back you then need a flap wheel instead of a disc as they are to aggresive i think...BTW i use couger light gas from air products much much better than CO2 that pubs use..No its far from ruined mate..LOL
  17. WOW he has grown Allan:thumbup1:
  18. Interior looks like the back of scoobydoo,s shag wagon..needs a chrome chain steering wheel too. Quality of the work is fantastic though.
