  1. I have just bought a TT, Nathan has had his for a while now and I know what you mean about unexpected costs. I also have 2 classics that i run in the summer. The TT will replace them. I run a ford fusion diesel for everyday use and am getting around 60mpg. Buy yourself a 'sensible car' for everyday use and keep the z for special days and to impress the crumpet. As a second car you can have it on classic insurance. We both use the fusion to run about, it saves £££'s in fuel.
  2. have a look on imdb http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0586281/ link to all his movies (i think)

  9. Hi People, switch accross to zclub.net and view the club shop in the general section of the forum. You will see that we sell a Nissan Racing Jacket in black at £37.50 plus p+p. This is a very smart jacket in sizes up to 4XL. There is also a matching shirt. Several members on this forum have purchased a jacket and are very happy with them. You don't need to be a Z Club member to buy one (but you can join if you want). If you are interested please note that my e-mail is not working at present. Hope it will be fixed on Tuesday. paypal is available as is cheque and credit card facilities.

  15. I think I'm getting old. I've had 2 bypass ops, a hip replacement, new knees, fought prostrate cancer and diabetes. I'm half blind, can't hear asnything quieter than a jet engine, take 40 differeent tablets that make me dizzy, winded and subject to sudden blackouts. Have bouts of dementia. Have poor circulation; I can hardly feel my hands and feet anymore. Can't remember if I'm 85 or 92 or maybe 59. All my friends have died of old age. but, thank god, I still have my driving licence!
  16. I want the trunkmonkey Theft Retrieval System, saves a lot of hassle with the cops and courts. go to http://www.suburbanautogroup.com for the full range.
  17. perhaps have a word with Suzy, she's on here but more than likely on zclub.net. They are joining up with the French Z Club. Accomodation etc can be sorted. Have a look at zclub forum 'meetings' thread- 'weekend in France anyone?' HTH
  18. got to be the bird in 'Hustle' for me. Don't know her name tho. Mr. bunny - you're a dirty young man!
  19. I used to have a chip repair franchise. Depending on the operator you can get a very good job done at a fraction of the cost of a bodyshop. Phone one up, they should come round and give you a quote. I took a car to a local bodyshop (who allegedly specialised in chip and scratch repairs), after a delivery driver scratched it. Got a load of bullshit and a quote for £400+ got the local Chips Away man to come round, same job, very careful man cost me £40! took about 2 hours. The body shop couldn't do it for 3 weeks and wanted it for 4 days.
