Ok sounds like it's gonna be a Sunday then, narrows things down a wee bitty. Now the when (time) and the where. As most who have so far responded are all in the central or east belt makes sense to have it through this way. However to make it fair if there are any of the guys from the land of the setting sun wanna come along then we can move it to somewhere more central for all. Lee do you fancy popping along & Trev are you back down in Ayrshire or still in Edinburgh?

Much the same any day really for me, Sunday would be good as we could have a look at the cars in the daylight, not mine though it's still tucked up since last year! Will wait and see what the res think before setting a date.

Yep I'm up for it, might be a bit like last year though and end up as an after xmas dinner

It's good your back, lol wish I had the dosh to buy some of the goodies. My car has now been tucked up in the garage for nearly a year, welcome to the world of Z32 :) I'll be in a 330 but not of the 300 variety. Glad your back all safe and sound, how long are you back for?, is making it the end of the month going to cause a problem. Now the hard bit! what suits everyone best, weekday evening or weekend. Just a meet for a chat or grab something to eat as well?

Lee I'm gonna be without the Z as well it I never put it on the road this year, not the cars fault it was me in need of repairs this year :). I only see the one post Trev so you didnt double diss the flyboys. We can wait to see who is all interested then arrange something from there.

Rather than a constant steering pull which you have, if the subframe bushes were bad enough to cause any issue then it would be more likely to be all over the place.

If only one of the bushes is shot I can't see it causing the issue you have. If you just want to do it as a process of elimination then Jimmers solution is going to to be the cheapest and quickest method. Otherwise it's going to be a subframe out job.

Would also go a bit further, and make sure the tyres are fitted correctly ie are they directional. You could try swapping the wheels around to discount a tyre issue.
