I have this same problem at the moment. Car is off the road currently anyway while I do some other stuff to it anyway(oil, coolant, aiv's, headlight cleaning, rad hard pipes..etc), but will be testing it its current drain with a multimeter, and then pulling fuses to find the culprit. Co-incidence I also have Speedo/speed sensor problems at the moment too

Jap Zed's dont have rear fogs as standard, so yes thats aftermarket wiring. and the High/Low flash is same for Uk and Jap.

The 300zx enthusiasts companion is a fantastic book. Would recomend it to every Zed owner that has'nt read it yet, it really makes you appreciate what went into the design and development, and what a great achievment the end product was.

Did you try Limewire, you inspired me to go look, and Im currently downloading Quake III. On a side not...does anyone know a good place to get a copy of Juiced (obviously to replace my damaged purchased version), and what sort of filesize it should be ? (PC Racing game, with 300zx in)

I agree, but I know this road and bear in mind that its a wide open country road, and it happened just a few yards past the speed limit sign where it drops from 60mph, quite a bit before the village starts (its positioned so far away so that drivers will have slowed down by the time they actually reach the village), and not in a built up residential area. Yes, its wrong, but there is a difference between 60 in a 30 in that scenario, and 60 in a 30 though a built up area or past a school.

Naughty girl, Sorry to hear Anna. FYI - I've spoken to Anna, and it was'nt strictlly thru a built up residential area, it was from a 60mph national speed limit, into the start of her village where it changes to 30mph and is still quite an open road before you reach any houses. Still naughty ofcourse.

I guess the best person to speak to (although he has replied above) would be Topless?, as he did a NA to TT conversion on his own Convertable.

ahh..I thought it was the zed then too, until I read the last bit, glad its not, but hope you get the car sorted quickly.

it still has a Twin exhaust system (one exhaust each for each turbo), but its aftermarket and joins into a single exit near the rear, quite common.
