not OBD2 no, unless you have a later model. That was'nt introduced to most cars (inc the zed) till around 1996. THe diagnostic port, is up under the dash in the drivers-side footwell, near the Bonnet release lever.

no, definatly feel difference (hence their advertising claims for more throttle response and power too.) Have always felt a noticable difference in all the performance cars (turbo and non-turbo) I have had. As well as Better MPG.
