vibration prob
Also check the rear gearbox mount. This collpases overtime and bring the prop out of alighnment. When refitting ensure that they marked both prop ends, and put it back the way it was.

mods advice needed
mpg problems could be a number of things, but most likely is a failed o2 sensor. As suggested, Ztech in swindon (http://www.ztech.co.uk)is your nearest specialist who can run a Conzult ECU Diagnostics on it for you. Basic first Modifications : 1) Catback performance exhaust 2) Performance Air Filter (Apexi Induction kit) 3) ECU remap (JWT or speak to John Dixon on this forum) 4) Boost Increase to 13-14psi (Either with Boost jets or Elec Boost controller) But dont forget Handling and Braking upgrades too.

boost leek detector
 Thats a tyre pressure monitor. This thread is about Turbo boost leak detectors (as sold by Vijay) and a suitable compressor to use with it.

gurgling noise
It will be the AIV's behing the front wings. Condenstation builds up and fills with water. You can drain, block or remove them. http://www.aus300zx.com/tech/aiv/aiv.htm

are 7in wheels too narrow for a Zed?
Stock are 7.5" with 225 tyres on the front, and 8.5" with 245 tyres on the rear (UK spec, 7.5" all round with Jap spec) You really dont want to go any narrower than that. I believe the most common tyre width on 18" alloys for the Zed rear are 255 or 265 wide.

80 - 100mph
Stats I found on google : 80-100mph 1994 Toyota Supra Turbo 4.40 s 1993 Nissan 300ZX Turbo 4.41 s 1995 Honda NSX 4.47 s 1993 Mazda RX-7 4.50 s 1994 Mitsubishi GTO 4.83 s Cant say how accurate they are. Depends on how well that particular example was performing, how many runs were done, road/weather conditions. Also does'nt indicate wether its Auto or Manual.

SW October Meet - Torquay, Devon
I agree, this would make a nice venue. Nice pub, big car park and places nearby suitable for pictures. Unless anyone objects, I suggest this be the new meet venue for this month. Full address is Admirals Court The Marina Bridgwater (Junction 23 M5) TA6 3EX (if you want to look up directions) Time : 12pm http://www.pubinnguide.com/pubdetails.asp?id=51740 If anyone is worried about directions getting there, Im happy to meet at the Puriton Inn car park to convoy there (this pub no good, as it closes for lunch), let me know if this is required.

SW October Meet - Torquay, Devon
Sorry to those who cant make it :( I think its probably best if we cancel the Torquey idea for this month, and rearrange joint meet another time. ..and becuase only those attending are from the Bristol area we should arrange a meet closer to home ? 1. Gordano, then Sasha's pub in Bristol 2. Puriton Inn (as it was in the original meeting point for convoy idea above) 3. Other suggestion ? Its only a few days till sunday, so can we get some votes/suggestions ? Would be nice to see some of the Familar faces again that have gone a bit quiet with attending meets recently ;) Cheers, David

importers?
The NA and TT are in the same insurance group, and since the NA is Import only, you will usually find that a UK TwinTurbo is cheaper to insurance than an NA Import. If you shop around at the right Insurers, you can also find negligable difference in Insurance price between Import and UK, and NA and TT.

ebay noobs
Correct, and he does clearly state in big bold red letters to see porstage before you bid. When you add up the price, its about right.

Is it a lot of work/money to remove the stone chip
Halfords wont have it on the shelf, but they offer a paint mixing service if you give them your paint code (from vin plate) at the service counter, or go to any Paint supplier with the code.

Is it a lot of work/money to remove the stone chip
I just touch up the textured lower bumper sills with can of Spray paint (of matching colour). Becuase the finish is textured it does'nt require the skills of a bodyshop specialist. It looks spot on, and you'd never know. Depends on colour of car though, I guess. Lighter colours may show.
