Prices mentioned previosly were £20 a night for Cologne, £25 a night for the one at Nurburgring....however looks like a new hotel is needed for Cologne....no prices yet. If it did turn out expensive, we could always camp.

Yes. Disconnect the plug circles in red, and Bridge with a terminal connector. As a quick and simple way to try it without hicas. Fit hicas eliminator (and strip it all out if you want) for a more permanant removal.

Lovely cars. The 300zx and NSX are my two favourite Jap sports cars. I'd never replace the 300zx with one though. I dont believe it warrants the price difference (plus rediculous parts and maintenance) for a car that offers very little(and is many areas, less) over what I have now. Much rather spend the money on the zed. Will always admire them though. :bow:

Welcome :) Fairlady is what they were called in Japan, however when advertised for sale they are usually just referred to as 300zx. Dont rely on the Name for determining if its a UK or Import. Uk cars are TT 2+2 Targa only Jap can me TT or NA, 2+2 or SWB(2seater),as well as Targa and slicktop for the SWB. Imports are a lot more popular. Depending on your age, with many insurers there is no difference in cost for Import or UK.

Stock is an odd 6.25", but 6.5" will fit fine and is the usual Aftermarket fitment in the doors ....you may have to bend the metal on the bracket a little.

If its the genuine Nissan Consult, then it would be very hard to price. They were very expensive but are Inferior to the Conzult that DTA Supplies.
