PMSL...I have a similar list on my front wings...but with autoshift sticks

How do you know when (turbo question)
Fuel smell inside car indicates common fuel-line leaks...although your fuel consumption does'nt indicate running rich. Time to visit a specialist.

How do you know when (turbo question)
how about petrol consumption, smoke or excessive smell of fuel from exhausts ?

How do you know when (turbo question)
My money is on Boost leaks :) How far does your stock gauge go up to (not that it probably matters as they can be very vague..mine went off the scale on stock boost!)

They wont help over a stock, as the zed already has them as standard in the form of Recirculating valves (A dump valve that does'nt vent to amosphere). ...but still...I am guilty of recently fitting some HKS BOV's to mine :D

Who here has had a Manual conversion???
Every zed feels different, but I've driven 2 converted zed's and they drove the same as an original manual. Both were on 1 bar boost, and felt a bit faster than mine which was on stock at the time..although mine now feels faster with 1 bar boost....but I dont think thats to do with the conversions. I guess they will be maginally slower than a original Manual TT(just like a regular auto is;)) but nothing significant (were talking 15-20hp according to nissan)

18X7.5 rim with 225/40 tyres - all round
Kinda....apparantly there is some sort of regulation on Tyre profile heights in japan, which limits width. The rest of the world got 245 wide rear tyres on the 300zx, with 8.5" rear wheels. Another advantage of wide wheels is that they fill the arches better. 7.5" look narrower and come out as far to edge of the arches. Im sure 7.5" (225) is fine on an NA...but 8.5" is better
