  1. Are yous sure ? Bayside blue is notoriously hard to photograph and comes out in a different shade of blue every time. Plus that pic has had a fair amount of photoshopping.
  2. Most likely going to be that the starter motor bolts to the gearbox have come loose. very common, They work loose, then the movement eventually strips the thread in the box or snaps the mounting.
  3. Go for a test drive in one, then drive home in the Bmw. My money is on you keeping the M3.
  4. what dog ? Is there supposed to be a pic ?
  5. + vat + delivery = just over £600. About right.
  6. Im doubting myself now. I cant remember if I went NA or TT pulley, on NA pump now. I'll have to check tomorrow..... Same here! It seems I missed a lot of people, we need name badges or something :dots:
  7. TT pulley does fit NA pump. I fitted NA pump, bracket, Resevoir with TT pulley and belt.

  9. BC are a much higher spec coilover. I would never purchase the Tein SS personally, poorly specced and overpriced. Stiffness is dependent on the spring rates, which I believe are 8/6 for the BC, not sure what the Teins are. Most coilcovers can be custom ordered with different spring rates though.
  10. A good day out. Great to see so many old faces and meet new Z owners, there were far too many people I never got a chance to speak to though...including you Jeff, but thanks for the hospitality from yourself and your family. A great turnout and a friendly atmosphere all round. Sorry I never got a chance to introduce myself and have a chat Richard, you weren't pointed out to me till you were driving out of the Car park. Next time.
  11. yep, UK models have an extra piece of padding at the front. UK shades are smaller than Jap shades.
  12. They are interchangeable and do work in either. Nissan uses different part numbers...but they use the same manufacturer part numbers. There is a slight difference in later model years, in that one has a springed metal contact pin and the the other just has a spring contact, but again this difference is the same for TT and NA.
  13. ok, I found the specs : Front: 18x10 +10mm offset with a 245/40/18 Rear: 18x11 +30mm offset with a 275/35/18
  14. That looks like mclarenf1's Z from about 2 years ago. They are Kaminari skirts (actually powertrix copies of Kaminari skirts) You will find the spec of the wheels/tyres on 3zc.
  15. The Zed....or sometimes 'the Slicky'
  16. We had local newspaper coverage of Z meets a few years ago here too. Somebody linked the newspaper pic on the forum, and the journalist kicked up a fuss about copyright  so we took it down and told them not to cover our meets ever again. :mad2:
  17. not sure its actually open, just poor quality / bad fitment. Pretty typical with CF bonnets.
  18. new stock Auto TT is around 220 rwhp. So its a healthy increase.
  19. its a LWB, and I cant work out how they have managed to get them exiting there with the subframe, Diff and Fuel tank.
  20. HID + Clean Insides = WIN.
