If its a manual do it without dash removal as well (just have to remove clutch box).
  3. Suprised its not been snapped up yet. We have done 3 manual conversion on Z32's in as many months, and sold a further 2 sets to buyers wishing to fit there own. Its becoming a more and more popular upgrade/conversion.
  4. The NA 350z does crack 6 secs to 60
  5. ahhh...you meant front bumper lip
  6. Very nice.....what colour ? Thats a (zcentre) Tailgate skin, I think its a smoother look than just despoilered with perspex strip. Suits the design.
  7. The honda would in theory be quicker....except it would have major traction problems at low speeds and would'nt have the long legs(gearing) for top speed like the zed has....and then ofcourse you have to bear in mind that it costs very little to get a 300bhp zed close to 400bhp FWD cars dont like power.
  8. LWB = 2+2 (ie Back seats, making it a 4 seater) SWB = 2 seater (no back seats, and car is shorter) All UK cars are TT LWB. Imports are available as LWB/SWB/TT/NA and the rare slicktop(non targa SWB) and Convertable. Performance Stock TT Manual 0-60 is approx 5.5 secs and about 14secs 0-100mph. With a safe boost increase to 1bar/14psi (including aftermarket induction/exhaust/ECU remap) your looking at under 5 secs 0-60mph , under 12secs 0-100mph. Top speed is approx 175mph with limiter removed.
  9. Based on the info in advert...... then its a made up power figure..... but that does'nt mean to say he has listed (or knows) everything (ie injectors, intercoolers) fitted.. .... and 360 hybrid turbos could mean anything from recon stock tubs to any number of different larger turbo hybrid variations

  11. Welcome Ant...Great colour choice :D
  12. One option is to keep the bottom half of the original airbox in place. It still leaves room to fit an Apexi kit under the nose and acts as an excellent splash gaurd, and has air ducts from the inner wing built in.
  13. a lot of the "classified" ad's that appear on Ebay now have suspicious prices. Im not sure where that type of advert comes from, but they are different to regular ebay adverts. You cant actually bid or buy them through ebay. Can only contact seller.
  14. Mac has the standard EFI setup removed (MAF, PTU, CAS, Coilpacks, Harness), and replaced with a standalone ECU Management system. The Hicas and Aircon are also removed.
  15. Perform an ECU test : http://www.twinturbo.net/ttnetfaq/FAQpages/ECUdiagnostics.html Its also worthwhile investing in a Aftermarket boost gauge (and water temp gauge) , the stock gauges can not be trusted.
  16. VERY very nice, although I agree about the doors not looking right becuase of the widened front and rear arches.
  17. SWZ Performance 2nd hand Autobox supplied and fitted £600 Full Manual Conversion - from £1200
  18. LOL....I was running two...well 1 for me(TT), and 1 for the wife (NA) and have had a couple come and go as breakers. But the TT is gone, and the NA is up for sale...and will be replaced with a Slicktop. A NA for under a grand...blimey....dont fancy your chances on a tidy example for reliable motoring for much under £2k p.s If the new drive to the office involves a lot of motorway you will find the TT more economical than an NA.
  19. Not had any snow this year here yet......I want snow! :(
  20. VERY Interested in a SWB Carbon fibre tailgate Interested in doors too...but I have safety concerns with them (ie. Side impact)

  23. I agree the GTO is'nt much fun, neither is a lot of jobs on the Impreza, becuase of its Boxer engine design.
  24. My Fav 240z : (Twin Turbo Charged VH45de (nissan 4.5i V8))
  25. tbh if you look at the spec of the car it's worth more in spares
