I believe the only places to buy the ally/chrome/wood/carbon trims is from Ebay (just make sure you request RHD, as most of the sellers are in the U.S).

Thats for the little aerial on your front bumper (if still has original bumper) which is there as a parking aid so you press the button, the aerial goes up and you can see where the end of the bumper is. Its a rare jap option.

That sounds like it would be a real bargain. Would'nt be suprised if it struggled to fetch 1500 at auction...if that!, ...... you dont get many bids when they cant find the car in there little glasses guide books lol

I usually meet most the boyracers or to55ers on the road when Im in the daily driver...and I sit there wishing I was in the zed instead.

Yeh, was an optional Sound system, which includes a speaker in that location. Most people fit a storage pocket there

They may have left a vacumn pipe off or fitted the timing belt a tooth out, take it back...or take it a zed specialist and get original garage to foot the bill.

Agreed yes, but I just meant he's not ignored payment requests like the others, he would'nt of seen any of the messages or PM's. In fact Im more concerned about why somebody would just suddently stop altogether coming on forum like that. His last post was literally the last time he visited. :(

The mph-kph speedo convertor may have become disconnected, or was never fitted. Take out the clocks (only takes 5 mins) and check the back, an aftermarket speedo convertor will be wired in between the stock loom and the clocks.

Spec all looks good. Although forget about the uprated Oil pump, there are no uprated versions, the standard one is top notch. While forged pistons are always a worthy upgrade You'll be fine with stock internals, they can handle a lot more than that providing your fuelling is spot on. Its detonation that kills them.
