Well said, Jock! The thing that really pisses me off is the *****x they say about passive smoking. There was a study conducted from 1958 to 1998 for the B.M.J. and the professor in charge (Sir Richard Dolly) concluded that there was no significant increase in the risk of disease for those exposed to second hand smoke and that he would have no issues (health-wise) with anyone who smoked in his presence. In effect, the Govt. is lying when it says that second hand smoke kills. There is no evidence to support it, it just appeases the 'right-on' public who are ignorant of the medical research.

Radar/laser detection will become illegal at some point when they pass the new Road Traffic Act bill (was supposed to be enforced next year but has been delayed). I have a Road Angel 2 and I'm very happy with it - never been hit by a laser gun though. If you want something with all the bells and whistles, have a look at the Road Angel Navigator.

As some of you may know, my divorce was finalised yesterday. In the settlement she was awarded our holiday mobile home and my fookin 4x4! Can you believe it!?!? I expected her to get the mobile home but having to give her my 4x4 was just more than I could bear. I had no choice, so as per the court order, I delivered the truck to her before 2:00 PM today. I'm really going to miss it so I had to get a picture of it before it was gone forever. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

I've taken it off the road until the new ones go in. It's going in on 24th so should have it back by w/e of 29th/30th. Don't go rearranging on my account though - I'll catch you all at the next one.
