  1. I use a large make-up brush on my projector's lens. Don't think you can get any softer than that (if you're worried about scratches).
  2. Aren't chrome cars road-illegal?
  3. A whole episode about closing a door? Wow!
  4. I could tell you but I'd have to kill you ;) I'm in aerospace.
  5. Mac, what do you do when you want to go away (on holiday for example)? I was seriously thinking about a Harris hawk at one point but thought I'd be stuffed not being able to leave it. Birds of prey are a massive commitment, aren't they?
  6. Or Elviscita, I meant to type.
  7. Well if it was Elvis when you thought it was a boy, how about Priscilla now? Or Elvira? Of Elviscita?
  8. Why is it that when I click "New Posts", then click on a post to read it, then click "Back", it goes to the default home page (instead of going to the new posts list that I'd previously visited)? It's only started doing this in the last few weeks. It used to work fine. Also, it only happens on the first page (of many pages) of new posts. Once I get on to the 2nd page of new posts it doesn't do it any more and behaves as you would expect. I'm using Google Chrome Beta (3.0.195.21) and it used to work properly. I've just checked and it works properly (all the time) in IE7. No biggie (although it is annoying) - just thought I'd let you know.
  9. Two Newquay favourites: Greedy *******: Vodka, blue Bols, Archer's and orange juice. It's like alcoholic non-fizzy Lilt. Shakey Jake: Southern Comfort, Taboo and lemonade. Sounds gay but is a very nice drink.
  10. I'm sure war-torn Mogadishu or Rwanda are probably worse places to live.
  11. Is it too early to ask if he's been in touch with Whoopi Goldberg? Seriously, though, he was a good actor and I'm sorry he's gone. Roadhouse is one of my all-time favourite films.
  12. It was a forgone conclusion that he was going to "achieve" it. Will be interesting to see how.
  13. A silver Gallardo and a red Jalpa. Both were stuck in traffic and I was on my Fazer 1000. The Gallardo driver even pulled over for me so I could squeeze past - maybe he was afraid I'd scratch it :D First time I've ever seen 2 on the road in the same day.
  14. Ferrari 458 anyone? http://weeklydrop.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/07/ferrari-458-italia.jpg
  15. Seeing so Apple has made so much money from the "i" prefixed brands, it would be virtual financial suicide for them not to have top notch support - but it's still very impressive. Can't wait to get a new iPhone, but I just want to wait and see if the next Android is going to trump it.
  16. Not keen on the lip.
  17. Much better - that spoiler was hideous.
  18. Fancy admitting to P.E. on a web forum :D
  19. It's almost a certainty when you calculate the probability.
  20. I've got an Acoustic Solutions 5.1 set up with my HD projector and considering it was only £100 it's awesome.
  21. Laird Hamilton cheats. He uses a hydrofoil on his big wave boards which makes things a lot easier. For really insane watermen, you have to go a long way to beat Mike Stewart (10 times World Champion body boarder). He surfs big waves (cloud breaks) on a body board.
  22. ROFL! Or you could get two and turn your slick into a T-top!
  23. http://www.autoblog.com/2007/08/21/decano-self-adhesive-sunroof-doesnt-let-the-sun-shine-in/
