New guage holder arrived this week from zcentre and all installed to see below :

Its takin me a bit longer but finnally stripped down the shifter today then reassembled. Apart from feeling a bit more smoother shifting gears i still cant go directly from 5 into 4. Also when dismantling the shifter i noticed that one of the bolts seems to be welded from underneath rather than having a nut on it, is this normal ? Pics below :

So the weekends here and nearly gone so thought i'd update you all and post the pics of the three din version of the guage holder above from the zcentre. The only issue i had with the install is that the chrome bezel arround the guage has to be removed to fit all three into the holder; but this actually brings the guages closer in to the holder and makes a better finnish overall.

Insurance all depends on your age, years you've been drivin and any no claims. Also all the extras that you declair to them alloys, dump valves and so on puts it up. I'm 31, 4 years no claims and mines is about £540 fully comp with admiral.

Yeh, You can just sync the new phone with iTunes And they will all install fine, I upgraded last month And all my apps copied over!

Gonna have to change that front bumper first, anyways, congrats on the uncle thing, sure you can work your way up to the cool part !

I went with the Drift Iridium from the zcenter. Bought them last month but they ran out of stock of the 3 din holder. Luke from the zcenter includes the senders when you buy them along with instructions for fitting, i'm planning on installing the 3 din holder at the weekend so the pics below only show the 2 din version with the voltage guage missing. Lee But i think they look great !

Hi, Best din plate to get for 52m guages is from the zcentre ! I've currently got a two guage fitted but funny enough my new three guage din plate just arrived yesterday ready to fit. Tell you one thing, if my grampa had a car like that when I was growing up i likely would be in it all day and even would have got my own a whole lot sooner ! I say keep it, and be very proud of it !

luke at the zcentre has two and three hole dins facias now in stock. The 52m guages fit behind the facia and are custom made for the zcentre by nomad racing. I bought one and it actually arrived this morning.

Well the cables in the pic are the ones that goto the pods so should be able to get to it if you take the top of the dash cover off and thats easy done, you can also see the chime unit for the lights and so on at the far right of the pic which sits behind the dials

doing some research on this and on the oz forums they say the beeper is under the dash

Is the beeper an after market thing as i've done the led conversion and mines fine !

Front looks like a killer whale !

Dont mind going on the thursday, less chance of getting lost if i'm following somebody else !

Thats me put my name down for two tickets and paid for the JAE 2010 so we can start a convoy on the way down if more locals are going !
